Prolouge!
Sad green eyes searched the fields at which the young girl worked. Her short blonde hair didn't seem to move in the wind. She was just a still figure in the crowd of slaves. But, she seemed the only one to be alive.
The only things that kept her alive were her thoughts. Millions of thoughts ran through her mind every second. Even if her own body was still, the world wasn't. The world was simply passing her by. And, her thoughts passed her by as well.
Nothing was going at a rate at which she could think. Atleast, not logically. There were only a few words stuck in her mind. Orphan, slave, half breed, and Kodoku. And, all generated the same impression on people. Disgust.
It was quite ironic she had been given the name Kodoku. The meaning was solitude. And, here she was, alone in this world. Everyone was gone now. Everyone by meaning of her parents, the only people she'd known untill now. Her parents were gone, sent to their graves.
And, Kodoku still remembered how they died perfectly. No matter how much she wanted to forget, they were still there. She now knew people by the name's of Dakkunesu, Kokoro, Kimochi, and Fesu. Her new family, as if she had ever had one before.
Her mother sent herself and her family to their demise. Was that family? Did she still love her mother even though she had done that? Yet, it still didn't matter. They were all gone now.
And, here she was, now a slave. In her clan. In this desolate world. The word desolate seemed to remind her of someone. Her father. He had spoken those words to her once. And, maybe her name really did seal her future. Her future of solitude, in the Daichi clan, as the tainted half blooded girl who now saw the world in her parents eyes. Their eyes were dead. Her world was dead.
