Vappu paced around the camp. The Dark Elf Army was upon Ikriam. Vappu couldn’t help but feel a little sad. Deep down she actually loved this Kingdom. But she knew it deserved to fall. She would not get all soft and sensitive. If she couldn’t have Ikriam, no one would!
“So my dear” Liskin hissed next to her “Are you ready for this?”
“I’ve never been more ready for anything in my life, Liskin. This is what its supposed to be like. Ikriam with me or without me.”
“My, my Vappu but you’re a feisty one. So beautiful but so angry. But that’s your story. I just do what I have to.”
Vappu turned around and looked at the mighty Kingdom. Soon everything will be destroyed.

Takvor and Sacheverell decided to defend Ikriam from the East side. The dark Elves wouldn’t see them. It will take a while longer to get there but at least they will cut the Elves off before they inflict too much damage.
“Takvor, are you ready for this?” Sacheverell asked with his hand on Takvor’s shoulder.
“Yes sir. Thank you again for helping me. This is my home and I’ll need all the help I can get.”
“Don’t you worry my boy. Ikriam will stand. Eachann!’
“Yes Commander?”
“Prepare to attack from the East side. The woods will conceal the troops.”
“Yes Commander!”
Eachann rounded up the troops and explained the plan of action.
Takvor looked at his beloved home. Soon Ragnid. Soon I will hold you in my arms again.
*********
Ragnid stood in the dungeon holding an infant.
“Hush now boy. We’ll get through this.”
She missed Takvor so much! She didn’t even know where he was and if he was alive. With all this commotion, she couldn’t even send word to Sacheverell that Ikriam was under attack and that they needed his help.
But she vowed to herself that she would find Takvor.

Sage looked down at the approaching enemies. She got her bow and arrow in position and waited for Rioghnan’s orders.
Rioghnan held his hand in the air and said “Olivier, on my command, shoot to kill and protect yourself. For your Queen and Kingdom.”
Sage watched him from the corner of her eye and when he lowered his hand, she pulled back on her bow. Her arrow hit a dark Elf right between the eyes and he fell.
So it begins.
