The League of Shadows

I pulled my bladed down through the demon's body.I could feel the blood splaster across my face, which is just what I needed. I riped the blade out of him as he fell to the ground. He was pretty much a fool for trying to take me one on one.The battle became even more chaotic when we enter in it. I lost most of my squad amist the battle. I was alone fighting one after another. Angels, demons, werewolves, giant wolves you name it.

But i was beginning to get overrun even with my skills I couldn't take all of them at once. I had to make an exit. I put my blade back into it sheath.I laid my hands out before me, preparing pulling all my elmental powers to be pull into one powerful missile. I pullled my arm and then push it releasing all of that power into one powerfulforce that incerated everything in it path.There wasmy exit. And i took it. I ran down the path. I passed thousands of demons as they stood in shock of my powerful force. I made it to the beginning of the battle which most of my squad were making their last stand. They formed a circle of which I joined with them.

I looked to Leon. He breathe heaveily, his armor covered in blood. His large white wings missing feathers.
He saw me and chuckled. "Where the hell were you?"
I laughed still kind of out breath. "I got a little carried away."
He couldn't help but laugh. It kinda of ironic consider this isn't the best situation for it. "I can tell. One moment your here the next your on the other side of the field fighting hoards of soliders on your own."
"Always the showoff."Namine laughed. Even though she was blind she was a much better fighter than most who trained for years.
I could hearConner in back of me. "Are you guys ready? This is our final and last stand, we can win it with the Grim."
We all looked to eachother then back to Coner. "Yeah. We can do it." I answered him.

We all joined hands in the circle already formed. We all mental with through the process to performed the Grim. The Grim is powerful, and if not done properly it can kill us all. We mumble the chant that would pull the power from us ino the power force that would kill them all.
I shut my eyes. I didn't need to see the power at work. I could feel it, it drain all of my own power and everyone elses. I was so weak, we all were. But we would survive. The sound of the Grim was like a atomic bomb had been dropped on the feild. Everyone vunerable but us.
The push us all and knocked us to the floor. I still kept my eyes shut. It left me so tired. All I wanted to do was sleep.

2 years before the war
"Miss Lockhaert. Miss Lockheart!!"
I woke up from my sleep, dazed and confused. What happened? I look to see my teacher staring at me disappointed. I remember now, I fell asleep in class again.
"My bad Mr.C." I rubbed my eyes.
He looked at me in disbelief. "Yeah. Anyway class as I was discussing..." He continue withwhatever damn lecture he was talking about.
I sat back in my chair and sighed, 20 more minutes. This class is torure. I then felt someone poke my side. I knew it was William again and I punched him in his leg when the teacher wasn't looking.
He winced a little in pain but laughed at me. " You tired or something?"
"Well a little. Just class is just so boring."
He smiled. " I know."
The greatest idea just hit me. I grined at him and whispered. "Lets ditch. I know this awesome place we can go and chill at"

Escaping school wasn't that hard. We just acted as though we had outside lunch. But once we were out we ran like criminals guilty of a crime. We hopped into to Will'scar. And speed off to the secert spot.
It just a rumor but supposely the unpecpected and the strange happened there. People talk of seeing beings that don't even exist. One girl went there on a night of a full moon and let me tell you she didn't come back. There was even hardly anything left of her body. It tooks weeks for doctors to firgure out who the body was.
It just a rumor but just imagine it. What if there is more to our world than we are lead to think?
