Chapter Twenty Nine
A week later; twenty two weeks pregnant.

"Oh my gods, I'm gonna die." I moan, my feet swelling to the size of balloons, Trent just shook his head.

"Babe your not gonna die, do you need me to rub your ankles again?" Relief washed through me, Trent's hands were magic.

"Yes, please." I was sitting on the couch with my legs spread out, my head resting against the back of the couch and me rubbing my swelling belly with small circles. Little bugger was being restless, I could feel it kicking and shifting a lot durning the day and night. Never seems to stop moving, ever. Trent's hands wrapped around my foot and rubbed gently on the bottom of my foot to back up to my ankle.

"Is this helping, love?"

"Mmm, yes it is. Thank you Trent." He continued rubbing. "Trent?"

"Yeah, babe?"

"We need to talk about possible telling my parents about, well everything. I don't want them denied their grandchild just because they don't know about the immortal world." Trent sigh, and kept rubbing.

"I know, babe. It's all very complicated though. Usually a human is only told about the immortal world on two conditions, one they are mates to one of the immortals or two they find out by themselves."

"But, Trent, it isn't fair to them they should know about us, of why were together of how they next grandchild is older than Micah that was convinced way before this little one. Besides Josh is a vampire as well, they can't live to never see both of us, they love us too much Trent."

I pulled out my pity card and gave him a puppy dog look, he tried to hold his face a remain stern, but all he got for his efforts was more puppy face, finally he cracked a smile and laughed.

"Alright, love. If you think they can handle it then we will tell them. Let's call Josh and tell him to bring Sara over as well. You may want to call your Mom and tell her you have to tell her something." I nodded, as Trent handed his cell phone to me, I clicked some buttons and dialed my Mom's number.

"Hello?" My Mom answered the phone.

"Hey Mom it's me."

"Oh, hi darling. I was just about to call you and wish you a happy birthday." I laughed.

"Well, I'm glad you remembered, I forgot today was my birthday. Anyways, Josh, Sara, Trent and I need to probably talk to you about something."

"Will I like it?"

"Hmm, well I know you'll like part of the thing we have to talk about."

"Come on you know I'm bad at surprises tell me the thing I'll like."

"Well, I don't know..."

"Please Ella?" I laughed.

"Your worse than me on Christmas. Well, your having another grandchild." I pulled the phone away as my mother let out a scream of joy, I gave a smile to Trent and he just shook his head. I put it back when the screaming stopped.

"See this is part of what we all have to talk to you and Dad about. He's home right?"

"Yes, of course."

"Alright, well I have to call up Josh, and we'll be right over." I hung up and dialed Josh's number.

"Hey, sis."

"Hey, Josh. Um we need to tell the parents."

"About what?"

"Everything, Trent agreed with me that we should. It's not fair that after they thought you were dead that you will have to disappear soon and me as well. I'm twenty weeks pregnant and there is no explanation for it except the truth. It's not fair to them to deprive them of us and their grandkids." Josh sighed.

"I knew this was gonna come up soon, alright I'm bringing Sara and her twenty five weeks pregnant butt. Your explaining how your baby's gonna be born before Sara's not me."

"Fine, but your telling them your a vamp."

"But you have to tell them your sleeping with a vamp and having his baby. That's gonna be worse." I winced, it was.

"Fine, met you at Mom's in ten."

We got to Mom's about a minute before them, I couldn't drive anymore cause my belly was in the way, besides Trent got nervous when I drove cause I didn't have vamp reflexes. When they pulled up, I pulled myself out of the car, Sara got out and waddled to me throwing her arms around me and giving me a hug.

"Happy twenty third birthday, sweetie." I laughed and hugged her back.

"Thanks Sar." She pulled back and brushed her hair back.

"You getting any sleep durning the day?"

"No, little one here is awake twenty four seven, I wonder when the bugger will crash."

"Soon, it doesn't last forever. You'll be able to sleep for a little while longer then the babe be out and bothering you by crying."

"Oh, how I relish theses quiet times then." I was wearing Trent's over sized coat so I wouldn't shock my mother with the size of my stomach till she knows the truth. Josh came up gave a nod to Trent and wrapped his arm around Sara. We walked up to the door and Mom opened it with Dayton in her arms.

"TA!" Dayton screamed, reaching for Trent. He chuckled and rubbed the buggers head, I got the look in his eyes, he wanted Mom to have something conforming in her arms when she heard the news. Mom laughed, and kissed Dayton's cheek. She opened the door more and let us all in.

"So what is this big secret?"

"Wheres Dad?" Josh asked first.

"Right here." Dad came in through the kitchen door and wrapped Mom up in a hug. "Your Mom's here getting worried so perhaps you should just spill both of you."

"Josh you first." Josh groaned.

"You know how I disappeared? Well I didn't lose my memory, after the accident I almost died. I was told by the person who saved me I had to leave my life behind for I wasn't who I used to be, but that wasn't true I was just a little bit different. I came for Sara a little while after and told her what happened. She's accepting of who I am now, now I need you to believe me I'm not crazy. Ella knows the truth as well. Mom, Dad I'm a vampire." Mom bursted out in laughter.

"Well, now. I had no idea my little children knew about the immortal world." Our mouths dropped open. "Guys Weston was a halfling, but turned to a human after his twenty first birthday. He told me when we first went out and I believed him. So my sons a vamp now eh? So Ella what are you a wolf?" I snorted.

"No, I'm still human. Trent's a vampire as well, so eh my pregnancy is a little advance." Mom nodded, and Dad just listened.

"So not a big deal then, is this all you wanted to talk about?" I nodded, and she smiled pulling me into a hug, she laughed as my huge bump hit her. She pulled back. "So, how far is my little grand baby?" I smiled, and unzipped Trent's jacket handing it to him. Mom's eyes bugged.

"It's been only what a week since I last saw you." I nodded.

"I was already pregnant when I came down for Christmas, I'm twenty two days, but in size I'm twenty two weeks. Every day is a week for halfling babies."

"Wow, hey little bugger." My Mom cooed to my stomach giving it a little rub. "So do you know if its a girl or a boy."

"No, you'd have to ask Trent. I don't know and I don't want to know. It's no fun if it's not a surprise." Trent just snorted and wrapped his arms around me. I was happy my family knew everything and only two things left to bother me. Trent didn't love me and Frank wanted me for himself. Life should be more blissful, but sadly my life is not. I guess I had to take what I could get.

I'm sorry this was such a short chapter I had nothing really it's too soon for the battle so this is a filler, bare with me and I'll give you the battle in about two chapters. Thanks, Meg
