Chapter 2:
As I escapedduring the war of the immortals and the people would stop looking at me.What is everyone wearing?That girl has absolutely
no clothes on,showing her legs and shoulders.How long was I kept in that dirty cell?200 years,you have to be kidding meI had to go to the bank
to get some money so I would be able to get out of this horible corset.
I went shopping as soon as I had the money so I still wouldn't look like a dirty personfrom the 1800's.I want to go enroll at school because
normal people start school this youngright.Well,that was not the case.As i started walking twards the school something grabbed me and pulled
me underground.
"Ruth,are you ok?"
"Isaiah?"
"Yes, who else would it be?"
"I don't know,you just scared me!"
"Oh,sorry.But are you ok?"
"Yes,why?"
"You just went throught the worst process anyone could have encountered!"
When I awoke my creators told me that I had to kill anything that crossed my path.They don't understand how it feels when you are forced
to do something against your will.
"Ok,so maybe that was the worst process. But how didyou find me? What process did you go through? I'm soooooo CONFUSED!!
"I know,I know. But first we must find a safer place to talk."
"But,Isaiah!" I whined but he just grabbed me until everything wasn't blurry anymore.
"How did we get here so fast?"
"Same reason you keep answering my thoughts."
"WHAT!I've been answering your thoughts."
"Yep."
"That's sooooooooo cool!"
"No it's not."
"Why not?"
"We got them because we're immortal. Not because we're special."
Now me and my brother are aone in the strange immortal world,until we found Auntie Carlie.(she insisted we call her that) Well, after we
found them,they told about thier family and how we're going to have cousins.(immortals can't really have kids so they find kids like us to be thier
adopted children)But we're the oldest;18 and 19 years old.But i'm the 18 year old and my brother won't let me forget it.
`I wonder if she will like him.He's been alone for so long.`thought Auntie Carlie
"Who?"
"What...you can read minds?!"
"Ya is that a problem?"
"Oh no sweetie,your just fine!"Then she blocked me out.
"Are you blocking me out?"
"Ya"she said sheepishly. I just laughed
"Who where you talking about earlier?"
"I was talking about my son named Thomas."
As soon as I saw him we were instantly best friends.We told each other everything,especially me because i could read his mind. He was created the same year as I was.
"When is your birthday?"
"July 30th,why?"
"REALLY?"
"Ya"
"That's today!"
"Thomas?"
"Ya?"
"Never Mind."
"You can tell me anything,Ruth."
"I love you!"
