Chapter 25
I woke up to someone calling my name.
“Codey wake up.” I said.
“Yea.” Codey said.
“I think Edward is calling me.” I said.
“Well lets show him that you belong to me.” Codey said.
“Not now.” I said.
“You’re every woman in the world to me. You’re my fantasy.” Codey started singing.
“Alright.” I said laughing.
Codey and I got up and started packing up his things.
“Lets go.” Codey said.
“Layla!!!” Edward yelled
Codey grabbed my hand and we started walking.
“Ready to do this?” Codey asked.
“Yea kind of.” I said.
“Lets go.” Codey said.
“Layla there you are.” Edward said.
“Yea.” I said.
“Why are you guys holding hands?” Edward asked.
“We are together.” Codey said.
“Layla?” Edward said.
I looked down to the floor before I said anything.
“I am sorry Edward. You failed me to many times and you made out with Aspen. Plus I don’t think I can trust you anymore. I am sorry Edward.” I said still looking at the ground.
“Layla why? You are my life.” Edward said.
“No Edward you are a road block in life. I can do so much more with Codey then I can do with you.” I said.
“Oh come on Layla stop playing this joke.” Edward said.
I looked up and I had tears rolling down my face. Codey let go of my hand and put his arm around my waist and pulled me close.
“Edward it’s not a joke.” Codey said.
“Plus Aspen and John want to get rid of you.” I said.
“You got to be kidding me.” Edward said.
“I will have your horse take you back home.” I said.
“Layla come on.” Edward said
“She said leave so leave.” Codey said.
“Fine.” Edward said.
Codey and I started walking back to the camp and the others.
“What’s wrong with Layla?” Aspen asked.
“It is only going to be us 5.” Codey said
“That’s great.” John said.
“Pack your things Edward.” I said through tears.
“Working on it.” Edward said.
“Well go a bit faster.” I said in a low voice.
“God I am working on it.” Edward said.
Edward then turns around and slapped me on the face. I tried to hold in the new tears.
“Take Edward home.” Flicka said to the horse Edward was riding took off.
I couldn’t hold them any longer and I broke out into tears again.
“YAY he is gone. Layla are you alright?” John asked.
“Lets get going please.” I managed to say.
“Alright captain.” Codey said.
We got on the horses and took off into the sky.
“We should only have to go 25 miles before we find him.” I said.
“Ok.” Codey said.
We were flying for a very long time.
“Flicka land but be careful.” I said.
We went down. When we got off the horses we could hear someone playing with panda bears.
“Follow me but be careful.” I said.
We started walking.
“Who is there?” Ilysaurs asked.
“We come in peace.” I said.
“Layla I knew you would come.” Ilysaurs said.
“Yes I came.” I said.
“Well come here so I can see you.” Ilysaurs said.
“Stay close behind me.” I said.
We walked farther into the woods.
“You brought friends.” Ilysaurs said.
“Yes.” I said.
“Hello Ilysaurs. I am Codey.” Codey said.
“Hello Codey.” Ilysaurs said.
“Hello Ilysaurs we are Aspen and John.” Aspen said.
“Tang is the fox.” I said.
“Hello everyone.” Ilysaurs said.
“What are we doing? Kill him.” Tang said.
“Kill me why? I did nothing wrong.” Ilysaurs said.
“Reed told us that you had a plan on killing everyone in the world.” I said.
“I wouldn’t do such a thing. Ily in my name stands for I love you, so why would I kill everyone.” Ilysaurs said.
“Ok then. If that’s the case we will leave now.” I said.
“Thank you for stopping by.” Ilysaurs said.
“No problem. Take care.” I said.
“You too.” Ilysaurs said.
We started walking back to the horses. John and them started falling behind so Codey grabbed my hand.
“Do you want to stay in that cave?” Codey asked.
“Yea.” I said.
“Great. Lets tell them that we won’t be going back.” Codey said
“Ok.” I said.
“John, Aspen, Tang. Layla and I won’t be going back with you guys.” Codey said.
“Why?” Aspen said.
“We have a house here.” Codey said.
“What about spending time with us?” Aspen asked.
“We will come once a month to visit you.” I said.
“Ok.” Aspen said.
“Tell Reed that Ilysaurs wasn’t planning that.” I said.
“Ok and I will call you when we get home.” Aspen said.
“Ok.” I said.
John, Aspen and Tang left. Codey and I started walking back to the waterfall.
“I love you.” I said.
“I love you too.” Codey said.
I am going to have so much fun with Codey.
“I will race you.” I said.
“Ok. Ready…Set…Go!” Codey said.
We took off running. When I seen the waterfall I kept running. Then I jumped. Toby was right behind me.
“I win.” I said laughing.
“Yes you did.” Codey said.
Codey grabbed me and started kissing me. I ended up making it rain which was funny.
“We are going to have fun tonight.” Codey said.
“Yup.” I said.
We started swimming to the waterfall.
“I have to talk to my dad about that god thing.” I said.
“Yea.” Codey said.
We got out of the water and Codey picked me up.
“Codey!” I said.
“What?” Codey asked
“Behind you!” I said.
Behind us were Native Americans.
“How can we help you?” Codey asked.
“We come in peace.” Said someone.
“How can we help you?” Codey asked again.
“We would like this land.” Said someone.
“Sorry. This is my house.” Codey said.
“Sorry to bother you. I am Chief Black Love.” Said Black Love.
I notice one of the other Indians was studying me.
“Codey one of them is studying me.” I whispered to Codey.
“Just relax.” Codey said.
“Ok.” I said.
“We will go now.” Black Love said.
“Yea bye.” Codey said.
The Indians then left.
“That was weird.” I said
“Yea that was.” Codey said.
We then heard feet running back in. I knew who it was. It was the guy who was studying me. He then grabbed me out of Toby’s arms and started carrying me away.
“Codey!!!” I yelled.
Codey tried keeping up with us but the Indian was faster. Codey then stopped running.
“I will save you!” Codey yelled.
The Indian finally came to a stop. The guy started tying my hands and feet together.
“Let me go!” I yelled.
“No Layla.” The Indian said.
“Who are you?” I asked.
“No one you know.” The Indian said.
“Then let me go!” I yelled.
“No.” he said.
I wish Codey would get here. This guy is really creeping me out. I am tied to a tree so I can’t kick or punch. All of sudden I felt hands on my face.
“Let go of me!” I yelled.
“No!” He said.
Then the Indian started kissing me. I tried moving my head. It didn’t work to well.
“Let go of me NOW!!!” I yelled.
Pitch black clouds were rolling in. The Indian saw. He untied me from the tree and threw me to the ground. I didn’t have enough time to run. The Indian was on top of me with no clothes on.
“Codey help me!” I yelled.
I started crying. The Indian was now taking my shirt off. I tried moving. It didn’t work to well. The Indian’s hands were grabbing my breast.
“Stop touching me!” I yelled.
Then we heard thunder. The Indian kept going.
“Leave me alone!!” I yelled.
I want this to end. The Indian started going lower.
