Info: Half a year has passed and Zane and Lilly have their castle built in time for their wedding. They have one week from the wedding and Lilly’s mom is going all crazy about it. But to her irritation, Zane and Lilly keep hiding from her wedding rampage. LOL. Oh yeah almost forgot I’m going to try to make this one more focused on Zane since the last one was mostly focused on Lilly.
Third Person POV
"Carmen, come in here!" Lilly’s mom, Ana, yells from the library and the servant comes running in.
"Yes my Lady." Carmen bows when she gets a couple feet away from Ana.
"Do you know where Zane or Lilly are?" She was starting to panic, the wedding was only a week away and they still had a lot to do. "They still have to fitted, and they haven’t chosen out the flowers, and uuugh where are they!" On top of the panic she was getting irritated because Zane and Lilly kept disappearing.
"I’m not exactly sure where they are but I think they may be in their bedroom."
"Thank you, that was all I needed to know." Carmen turned and walked out of the room.
Zane’s POV
Lilly and I laid on our bed talking, we had little alone time lately because running a newly desegregated realm wasn’t all that pleasant in the beginning.
"We can’t hide in here all day." Lilly stated as she traced the lines on my palm with her finger.
"I know it’s just nice to get away from the kingdom problems and the wedding rampage your mother is on." I said watching her.
"Yeah I know what you mean if my mom makes me smell one more flower I will explode." I chuckled.
"I can totally see that. I wonder what the news would say about that." She laughed but then stopped when her mother teleported into our room.
"What do you guys think your doing?" Her mother huffed. "We have so much to do before the wedding, I’m not sure we can get it all done." She started to wave her arms up and down and it took all the restraint I had not to laugh.
"Relax." I said standing up. "What do you need Lilly and I to do?" Lilly’s mom took a deep breath.
"Okay first Zane go into the library you need to get your tux fitted." She turned to Lilly. "And Lilly you need to go down to the Kitchen to choose flowers."
Lilly groaned. "Do I have to smell them?"
"I don’t care what you do, just pick out some decent looking flowers and then when you’re done you have to get fitted for your dress." She turned back to me. "And when Lilly is getting fitted for her dress you can’t be in the room so you have to…um let me think what can I have you do that you won’t totally mess up?"
I chuckled; she wanted this wedding to be totally perfect. "Geez thanks for the boost of confidence Ana."
She waved her hand at me. "You know what I mean. Oo I know you can talk to the DJ. Then after Lilly is done you guys have to choose out a cake."
This time Lilly and I groaned together. "Mom I think that if I eat another piece of cake I won’t be able to fit in my dress. Besides I never really liked cake." I nodded my head; I totally agreed with Lilly. I was so tired of cake.
"It’s for the guest so just choose a chocolate cake with a great design."
Lilly held up her hands in defeat. "Fine, agreed, a pretty chocolate cake. Anything else we need to do today?"
"No but we need to get started so get off of that bed and follow me." She pulled Lilly off of the bed and then turned and pointed at me. "Remember Zane, you go to the library."
"Don’t worry I won’t mess it up." I said sarcastically. I walked over to Lilly and kissed her.
Lilly’s mom pulled her away. "Come on we have to get started."
Lilly waved to me and then teleported with her mom.
Lilly’s POV
"I would appreciate it if you and Zane didn’t do that in front of me." My mom said to me when we arrived in the kitchen.
I groaned, "Mom please don’t do this. It’s bad enough that I barely get to spend time with him any more; I don’t need you grilling me about what Zane and me do. Besides be happy that I’m at least doing this for you." I motioned to all of the flowers all over the kitchen. "I could have just disappeared again."
"Fine, I’ll stop grilling you…for now. What flowers do you want for your bouquet?" We walked up to the counter so I could take a look at the flowers.
"I like the black and red orchids; they go with my dress. I also want them for the head table center piece." I looked at the other flowers. "And then for the smaller tables I want red and black roses. Am I done now?"
"Wait let me see if Zane is done in the library." She teleported out of the room leaving me alone. I looked around and took all of it in. I was going to be marrying Zane in a week; I couldn’t believe it.
"He’s done, let’s go." My mom teleported in and interrupted my thought. She grabbed my hand and in an instant we were in the library. She rushed over to a chair with a garment bag on it and grabbed to garment bag. "Here put it on." I loved my dress; it was a mixture of my birthday ball dress and the dress I wore to Zane’s masquerade. It was black silk and had red seams. The top was like a corset, with red ribbons for the tie-ups and the bottom widened a little as it went down to the floor. There was also a short train; I warned my mom not to get me a long one or I would rip it off. I walked up to my mom after I was done putting it on. "How do I look?" I twirled around slowly making sure I didn’t step on my train.
"You look beautiful." She walked up to me with my veil, which was black and put it on me. "Okay so the veil won look exactly right, right now because you don’t have your hair done up but I guess it’s fine for right now." She stepped back and smiled. "Absolutely perfect I don’t think we need to do any adjustments."
I sighed in relief. "Good because I want to get out of it so I don’t rip it."
