YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL CHARACTERS: ZANDER (ANGEL) (HEHE SAM HERE'S YOUR GUY HE CAN'T BE WITH ANY ONE LOL) PLATNUM BLONDE HAIR BLLUE EYES 6’2” ABOUT 18 ANA (HUMAN) DARK BROWN HAIR BROWN EYES 5’4” 17 YEARS OLD ZANDER IS A NEW GUARDIAN ANGEL WITH A BAD PAST. BEING A GUARDIAN ANGEL HE HAS TWO IMPORTANT RULES HE MUST NOT BREAK 1. DO NOT SHOW YOURSELF 2. AND MOST IMPORTANT DO NOT BECOME EMOTIONALLY OR PHYSICALLY INVOLVED WITH THE CHARGE (THE PERSON HE GUARDS). HIS NEW CHARGE, ANA, IS A DAUGHTER OF A DRUGGIE/DRUG DEALER, A CUTTER AND EVEN SOME WHAT OF A DRUGGIE HERSELF. HOW WILL ZANDER DEAL WITH HER. WILL HE BREAK THE MOST IMPORTANT RULES. “Wake up Ana!” I watched unseen as a senile nun slapped a ruler down on Ana’s desk. Ana bolted upright and rubbed her eyes as the nun threatened her with a week of detention if she caught her sleeping in her class again. All she did was roll her eyes, which made me shake my head. Why couldn’t Gabriel assign me to some one well behaved. It was my first day being a guardian and she was already getting in trouble. I went behind her and whispered in her ear. “Be nice to the little nun; it’s not her fault she’s batty.” She turned around to see who was talking to her but of course she didn’t see anything. She turned back and shook her head. “I don’t think I took anything today.” She said to herself. I sighed Gabriel told me about her before I started. She was the daughter of a major druggie, her mom even sold to put bread on the table. So naturally Ana sometimes did drugs. At the age of fifteen Ana was raped by one of the dealers because her mom couldn’t pay up. Ever since then when ever life got too out of hand for her she cut. So now I was the guardian of a 17 year old druggie/cutter, who ironically goes to catholic school. Perfect person for my first job right? *** “Gabriel how can you stick me with some one like that for my first charge?” I asked as soon as he put me with Ana and told me about her. “I didn’t. God did.” He said looking down at a list. “No he didn’t. He only assigns important cases, which I bet a 17 year old druggie is hardly important. Plus I’m inexperienced.” I was betting he told that to all of his novices to make them feel special. News flash I wasn’t like the other ones. “Don’t judge your charge like that. God has his plan for her. And as for you, you’re the youngest guardian available and age is going to play a big role in this.” I rolled my eyes, “Oh kay.” *** “Ana go get the money off of the counter for me.” Was the first thing I heard when we stepped into her house. Ana headed into the kitchen and grabbed a wad of money off of the counter, then went in to the living room where her mother and a man were sitting. “Here.” She handed her mom the money and her mom handed it to the man. “Is that enough?” Ana started walking out but her mother grabbed her arm. “Stay Ana.” After the man counted it a couple of times he shook his head. “No you’re a hundred sort.” Her mother smiled. “Then you can use my daughter.” “No mom!” Ana said panic stricken as her mom handed her over to the strange man. “No!” I couldn’t stand there and watch, “Kick him and run!” I practically yelled in her ear. She obeyed me. She kicked him in the balls and then ran out of the house. She kept running until she got to a small park . There she sat on a swing and started to sob. As I sat down next to her she did something I didn’t expect her to do she started to pray. “Thank you, thank you god for helping me escape. Thank you so much.” I guess Gabriel was right; I shouldn’t have judged her. But then her praying turned for the worst. “Thank you but I can’t take it any more. I can’t keep going like this. I‘m not going to wait to see what happens when my mom can‘t afford her next fix” She pulled a razor blade out of her pocket and held it up to her wrist.
