Ben walked down the hallway, looking for his homeroom class. He looked at the doors reading the numbers above them. 225, 227, 229, 231.…There it is! 223! Ben gripped the handle and pulled open the door.
“And who might this be?”
A sharp nosed elven man in his fifties crooned from the front of the room, he not only had the sharp nose, but the angular cheeks and jaw bone, His hair was a pale blonde color, as was everyone elses in the class as far as Ben could see. Ben looked down and shuffled his feet and subconsciously dropped his hands to his pockets.
“I’m Ben…” He said shyly.
He hated talking in front of so many people. His bright purple eyes shone brightly from his dark blue skin. It was unusual to see a Dark Elf so close to the Elven city. So naturally, everyone in the room stared at him with awe. Ben shifted under their gaze as he watched them dissect him with their eyes. It was unnatural for the elves to see a Dark Elf in their life time, But rare indeed to have two of them in their classes with them. For, as Ben looked around, He spotted a small Dark figure in the back of the room. A female Dark elf sat huddled in the corner, away from the others. He was so glad to see someone like him in the class that he nearly fell over himself.
“Take a seat next to your other kind, and make one sound and your to report to the Head master, understand me?” The way he talked about his other kind made Ben shiver, it was that cruel. He walked down the row toward the back of the class finding a seat near the girl.
