Young Witch

The first thought that hit me when I remembered the guys around me, was to run away from them. One of them grabs one of my wrist pulling me back. I turn to see Austin holding onto my wrist. Why did he have to stop me?

He pulled me back slowly. I could see the look on there face of horror. Why won't he just let me run a way? "Austin let me go."

"No."

"NOW." He let go of my wrist. My wings rap around me as I run a way from them. I could hear the guys yelling after me a few minutes later. I unfreeze time before they could run after me. Before someone sees me I spread my wings and flap them as much as I could so I could hide in the top of a tree.

I sit on a branch with my knees to me. The guys still yelled out for me.They split up at the tree I was in. Why did this happen to me? This never happened to mom or dad I bet. A light appeared again like earlier.

I reach out and touch it. Kent appears like before. "Princess is everything okay?"

Yes...no....I don't know anymore."

"Whats bothering you?"

"Were both my parents witches?" There was a long pause before he spoke. "No, your mother wasn't a witch."

"Was she a angel?"

"Yes." I felt tears stream down my cheeks. This can't be possible. She used magic or it was her angel powers. I heard one of the guys climbing the tree towards me. "Gem?"

I snap my fingers making Kent disappear. My wings spread as I jumped and glided down to the ground. Good idea till Casey stood in the spot I was landing and caught me. My wings flapped hard, hitting him hard as I tried to get free.

He doesn't care as he pulls me to him more, laying my head against his chest. "Gem, stop fighting me."

"But..."

"Shhh...it's okay." He pets my hair lightly. How can he except me after the horror I saw on his face. I heard someone jump down from the tree and run over to us. "Gem...."

"Don't David. You don't deserve to touch her right now." The anger running through Casey made me feel safe. My back starts cracking as my wings retract back into my back. I scream in pain till its done.

I feel weak as I lean against Casey. My eye lids got heavy as We stood there. I think we ditched a class with all of this. I'm not going my next class the way I am. "Casey, can I go home?"

"Yes, I'll take you there."

"Thank you." I closed my eyes as he picks me up. As he walks, I can tell hes trying to not bounce me. My body shut down but my mind didn't. One of the others stopped Casey. "Where are you going with her?"

"I'm taking her home. Shes covered in blood and shes to weak right now to stand."

"Okay but Austin is going with you since hes really worried about her."

"Fine." That must have been Danil that stopped Casey. Casey started walking again as someone runs up behind us. "Casey wait up."

"Don't have time for that. Got a hurt friend."

"Who cares. Your supposed to pay attention to me."

"No I'm not, whore. This girl in my arms is more important then anyone." No way he just told a girl off cause of me. I can't believe it. He hated me so much when we met again. Was it only cause I was hiding Austin from him?

Casey walks to my car and digs my keys out of my pocket. "Austin hurry up. Your driving."

Someone runs towards us fast. "Not my fault you walk fast."

I heard a low laugh as my mind turns off.

When I wake up, the sun was still up and shining. I try to sit up but fail from something heavy on me. Lifting my head up a bit, I find myself sandwiched between a sleeping Casey and a sleeping Austin. They arms on me where what was heavy.

I wonder what they would do if I change them while they were sleeping? Probably think I was talking in my sleep. "When the sun rises you will turn back to what you were."

They changed into wolves right before my eye. I smile as I get comfy between them. Closing my eyes as I lead against Casey. His fur was soft to the touch. I started to fall back to sleep when I feel Casey move out from under me.

I open my eyes a bit to see a man has picked him up and walked out of the room. Its probably David or Danil. I turn and lay on Austin and his silky fur. My fingers slide through his fur as I grab a hand full lightly. After a few seconds someone tries to take Austin away.

A yelp got my attention making me open my eyes all the way. Austin growls at me a bit as I notice a guy holds him. "Who are you?"

"The local dog catcher."

"These dogs are mine and in my house." The guy swallows a bit. I caught him there. No dog catcher takes dogs from someones house. "When the moon rises you will do my bidding by turning human."

Austin changed human in the guys arms while hitting him hard with his fist. The guy drops him as I hear a muffled sound in the next room. I can't believe that there are strange people in my house and at that, taking my wolves.

I get up and run for the door. A woman grabs me and holds me against the wall. Something behind the lady brakes as I hear a growl. She lets go of me screaming as I see Casey biting her. "Casey, change."

To my surprise he did without the spell. Do I just have to think about it and say change? Casey runs over to me as I sit on the ground surprised. The woman layed on the floor knocked out. Casey was saying something but I didn't hear a word as hold on to his arm tightly.

He kept saying something to me for a few minutes till he slipped out of my grip. My body moved with out my mind controlling it. Was Casey telling me something that I half heard. I ran down the stairs and out the door.

I ran down the street towards the direction of the school. Half way down to the school I saw David and Danil. They looked at me surprised, then ran the rest of the way to me. I ran into Davids arms clinging to his shirt.

He pets my hair lightly, trying to calm me. "Gem, whats wrong?"

I dig my face into his shirt. "Austin..Casey...people...taking them."

David pushed me away from him and started running towards the house. Danil patted my head. "We will stop them, stay here."

I nod as he runs after David. They will stop them, right? Why is this happening? Does this have to do with Kent? Something in me snapped as I feel my wing slide out of my back. They flapped as I flow off towards Kent's house.

Kent's house came into site. I notice him in his pool as I lower to the ground. He must have seen me as he gets out of his pool. He seemed to stare at my wings with amusement. I couldn't help but look at Kent's wet body, muscles showing.

He might be older then me but not much older. "What did I do to deserve this visit?"

I grind my teeth together. "Did you send thous people to take them?"

A smirk appears on him face. "Did they do it while you were there? They were supposed to get them alone."

That made my anger rise. "Why are you doing this?"

He laughs as he walks over to me. "You can't figure it out?"

I watched him carefully as he get closer. "No."

He smiles as he pets one of my wings. I shiver ran through me. "I've watched you as we grew up. You have grown more and more beautiful as the years go by."

I back away from his glaring. "Don't touch me."

He laughs as he grabs my wrist and pulls me to him. "Do you know how powerful we could be together?"

I wiggle around in his hold. "Hot as the sun."

He let go of me as my body burns in his hold. I backed away from him as my wings wrap around me. He smirks as he heals from the burns I gave him. I look at him surprised. Hes human, how is he healing so fast?

I back away more as he smiles. "I'm healing fast cause I immortal. I have been around along time."

He went to grab at me but I flapped my winds floating in the air. I turned and flew off towards the house. Wonder how the guys are? I hope they made it out without being caught and taken away. Thous people will get want they deserve soon.

It took me a little bit to get to the house. I saw the guys outside tied up, they caught them. A guy stood near them watching them. I wonder if the invisible spell works. "Clear as the air around."

I look down at my hand but couldn't see it. It worked. I flew down to the guys. My wings accidentally hit Casey and Danil. They look around confused. I smile at there confusion. Guess they thought it was the wind.

The guy looks over at them making sure there still there. I noticed David and Austin were knocked out, then looked away as I lean over to Danil's ear. "It's just me. Extent your claws."

He nods as his claws appear. I lightly cut Casey's ropes freeing him. Casey turns a bit to look at Danil. "Danil, what are you doing?"

Danil looks at him then looks in my direction. "Not my doing."

Casey's eyes widen as he looks around. "Gem?"

I rub his cheek with my hand lightly. "Right here."

He leans into my hand and closes his eyes. "So glad your safe."

I grind my teeth together. "This is all Kent's doing."

A growl came from Danil, must have heard me. The guy turned around to look at Danil. "Be quiet you. Soon you will be gone from here."

I stand and walk up behind the guy to see he had hand cuffs on his belt. He turned away again as I grab the hand cuff off his belt slowly. Luckily he hand his hands behind his back. I open both cuffs hoping he doesn't hear the clicks.

All at once I closed both hand cuffs on his wrists. The guys turns around as he tries to pull them apart. I laughed as I pushed him so he fell over. Casey stood up and grabbed the rope that was holding his hands and tied up his legs.

I found some duck tape that was left outside. When I put the tape over the guys mouth, I turn to find Casey looking all over. "Gem where are you?"

A laugh escaped my lips as I snap my fingers. I appear in front of him with my wings wrapped around me. My wings seem to give off a light glow that made this area brighter. Casey smiled then went to cut Danil and the others free.

I don't know if you liked what I did with this chapter, but if your wondering about Kent I'll tell you. He is immortal, he has no powers himself. He keeps the magical word a secret and protected. He will do anything to get what he wants. He want Gem and is going to get ride of David and the guys to have her all to him self. This is what Danil was warning David and Gem about not being able to be together. They will have to work through it to make it work.
