Prologue Eth Grato Rawot.

Three hundred years go on island called Reptilla, was a war. This was, Eth Grato Rawot, The Great War, did not have people running around with guns, shooting the crap out of each other, I mean that literally, but elves astride mighty reptiles.
The elves had an enemy named Imhotept. He was the right-claw dragon of Vraneletiso, or to us the Devil.
Imhotept was a dark grey dragon, he had lived in the elven city, Niansuga, until that was himself and his family was exiled after killing, two baby slavakens, one dragon and the last adult Lindorm.
Imhotept's family was ambushed and only Imhotept and his corrupted brother, Anubifrere, survived and fled. Imhotept fled to the neighbouring island Reptallia, where he fell in love with a blue and white female dragon, Jurassia. There Imhotept and Jurassia created an army, from wild reptiles to destroy Niansuga.
The city sent out their Derids, people who had a reptile partner born from the egg that they had been chosen for, to fight the large evil army led by Imhotept. But days went by and the Derids never returned. So Queen Elamotes and King Marsotes decided that this war was too dangerous and so they sent their only baby child away to Europe where there was a hidden village of elves.
But two months later after the baby child had been sent away, word came back that the group was ambushed at sea, none survived. Queen Elamotes and King Marsotes became overwhelmed with sorrow, clouded by anger they sent their entire force to destroy the enemy.
Imhotept was being defeated and so with regret, he travelled into Hell and met Vraneletiso for help. To his joy he gave Imhotept a sword called Modot, Doom. This sword could trap Niansuga in a large anti/magic bubble and stop all the magic flow inside. Things could get in but never out, however as the sword was made by royal blood, royal blood could kill the guardian and the city would become free. Imhotept agreed and was given three extra lives to keep the sword safe, so he took it and went to an island, Danshol Dansilet or Shadow Island, where his brother Anubifrere was to guard it.
After many months the war ended and the aftermath was blood. The landscape was burnt with the flames of dragons, and trampled from the weight of hundreds of thousands of reptiles. The flora was gone and the air was thick with ash. Imhotept and his few remaining reptiles went back to Reptallia, whilst Niansuga was trapped for eternity.
Fifty years later in New Zealand, a young elven maiden, was told about the war and so she decided to try and free them, unknowingly that it had to be royal blood, and so Sekrite, the elven maiden, set out to find the sword and free her race. Imhotept was told of this elf and so he captured her on her journey through Reptallia. He placed her in his hundred foot high tower, in the middle of a huge lake. Sekrite however was a cunning elf and she killed Imhotept, rescued four reptile eggs, and ran away. But Imhotept had three extra lives ad so he transformed into an elf. As he tracked Sekrite down, she hid the eggs before he found her and chained her to an unmovable boulder with anti-magic chains. The village that she had hid in was made from a secret band of elves, and so the village was burnt down. However it rained and so Sekrite lived form puddles and rabbits, and there she waited for a miracle to happen.
SEKRITE.
At that very moment in the Atlantic Ocean, three boys from Dorset were stranded in their boat. Wontris, the youngest was thirteen, black haired, Cumulus was fifteen, black hair and he wore round rimmed glasses. Salkan was seventeen, black hair and muscular. They had gone fishing when they realised that the boat had drifted into the middle of the Ocean.
“Cumulus, what the hell is that?” asked Salkan loudly, over the harsh, cold howling wind. It was going very dark, very fast, though it was still midday. A huge black cloud was moving towards them, so Cumulus shrugged and shuddered.
“Salkan...I'm scared” whimpered Wontris. They all huddled together as the cloud finally swept over them. Suddenly all went calm and quiet. Cumulus looked up and looked over the side of the boat. The sea was green and calm and there was no wind. The ocean was swirling with green and blue colours. Suddenly the boast lurched forwards and the storm began.
