After the men got over their shock at seeing their mates dressed up they took them to a restaurant that they had found and had thought that it had the right atmosphere for what they were planning to do after the main course was served. When they walked into the restaurant they all got the attention of the men and women who were already dining there. The men got the attention from the women and the women got the attention from the men.

Alex and Valerian sat next to each other so did Becky and Mark, Katie and Andrew sat opposite each other and were in the middle of an intense staring contest when a waitress came up to their table and took their order while staring at Andrew with a predatory light in her eyes. When she tried to give Andrew her number Katie reached up and snatched it out of her hand and ripped it to shreds and said in a low voice “do you mind he is my date and if I ever see you trying to give him your number you will regret it. Do you understand?”

The waitress gave her a dirty look and mumbled to Andrew “when you get tired of her come see me” Andrew looked at her and said in a clear voice so that Katie could hear “I won’t get tired of her. I love her” The waitress waited at the table long enough to get the rest of the orders and then stormed off to give the orders to the kitchen staff mumbling “whatever” along the way.

After the incident with the waitress the meal went as planned and soon they were going to ask the all important question. Alex had an idea what was going to happen but she couldn't be sure but it turned out that her suspicions were correct as Valerian got down on one knee and said in a whisper “Alex will you marry me? I know we have only just met but I love you with all my heart” Alex looked into his eyes and sure enough she saw the love he had for her. Andrew was also proposing to his love Katie and Mark had already asked Becky.

Now there were three newly engaged couples and now the men just had to figure out when to tell there fiancées that they weren’t human. Mark thought that they should know soon because it wasn’t fair on the women and they deserved to know that they weren’t human either. They decided to tell them at night when they were in the palace under the sea.

They would kidnap their brides and take then to Atlantis, but they had to make sure that they were all in the same place and that they were asleep. They didn’t want them to wake up while they were in the ocean.
