Chapter I

"Well the first day of school as a four year high school student."

As josh was walking to school, he's still wonderin' about the dream he had last night.

"what was that?" "who was that old man?" "what was that sentence?" "why am i seeing these dreams?"

"hey, how was your summer?" it was Sisi, a childhood friend "well it was fun, i didn't enjoy it anyway."

"how come?" "Umm...Well...long story." "oh...ok". He continued to walk with her, while his heart was pounding with exitement and happiness. Well little did Sisi know, Josh has a big crush on her since first year but never told her how he really feels because Sisi has a suitor by that time and obviously she likes that guy very much.

As they arrived at the school gates, Josh suddenly asked a question to Sisi. "How was your relationship with Rose?" Suddenly tears fall from her eyes as she hug the red bear, "i don't want to talk about it." "Sorry if I asked." Sisi suddenly looks at him with a smile and said "Its ok."

There was this sudden urge of happiness in Josh's mind but suddenly he retaliates and said " its not the right time. and i'm not the proper person to ask those things". Sisi suddenly looks at Josh and said, "huh? what was that murmur all about?" "uhh nothing." "seriously? what was that all about?" "nothing, just nothing." "really?" "yeah, promise!" "oh ok! just make sure you don't keep secrets from me!" "Aye captain!" "shut up!" "ok fine!"

"Good Morning class!" "eh? your still our adviser?" "Yes! So shut up!" "well anyway how your vacation? Josh will you share your experiences this summer?" "No." "Why?" "Its nothing special." "oh ok."

"josh?" "Yes Ma'am?" "I want to see you after class" "yes ma'am" He was wondering why would his adviser talk to him. He was too nervous, he was never called by any of his teachers before. suddenly the bell rings

"Mrs. Cruz, I'm here."he said. "well we need to talk"she replied. "Umm...sure" "I was very displeased by your reply in my class, i'm totaly disappointed." "I'm sorry Mrs. Cruz, It won't happen again." "Very well."

"Hey josh!" "hey" "what's up?" "uhh...nothing much, my adviser just talked with me about my "misbehavior" in class" "well the usual you" "the usual me, so whats up with you?" "umm...nothing much really" "really? and why aren't you wearing the ring?" "uhh that ring?...umm...we just broke up..." "you what? seriously?" "yeah" "for what reason?" "umm...well...he didn't tell me..." "really?" suddenly tears fall from her eyes; "yes." "oh, I see" silence suddenly filled the air as they walk across the hall way.

While walking across the hallway a familiar face suddenly taps both of them, "Hi! whats up?" it was Momo, a close friend of Josh, with her is Debbie the great artist in the group, "well nothing much for the both of us, you?" "well the usual, BORED!" then Sisi smiled as if nothing happened and laughed. "Well thats our usual Momo!"

"well whats up debbie? had fun this summer?" "umm great! had funthis summer! you?" "umm...the usual...Bored plus sleepy equals me"debbie smiled and said "well well well your getting some scores" "what scores" wondering as if he doesn't know what debbie's talking about "well you know, the getting-to-know-her thing" joshlooks at her with his eyes wide open and said, "eh?no no no! i'm not...you know...courting her?" "but your planning to, i can see it right through you" josh shook his head and said; "you really know me do you?" "well not really, your just pretty obvious!" "whatever!" "yeah whatever!" they both smiled and laughed as if no one is seeing them.

as the group walks along the hall, Sisi suddenly bumps Josh, "hey! what was that for!" "umm, nothing" "you sure?" "yep" "well just don't do it again." "well you two are getting to know each other well" Josh, shook his head and looks at her saying "woah! wait! what on earth are you talking about? me and who?" "you and...umm..." "me and?" "you and debbie" "no were not!" "well it looks like it." "well its not! and i don't even have a crush on her!" "well that part can take time." "no it won't...unless" "unless what?" "unless the one i like reconciles with his loved one" "ohh...well who is it?" "umm...well its just a secret between me and debbie" "fine!" "promise i'll tell you when the time comes!"

a very loud bell suddenly rang, filling the whole hall with it's annoying sound. "well break's over, lets go back to our classrooms before they close the doors" "yeah" "well josh" "yeah?" "can you umm...walk me homelater?" "sure! anything for you" "thanks, i apreciate it." "no problem" the bell slowly stops its annoying sound, they bid their small goodbyes "see you later josh" "ok"

the day finished with a bang like it was never there. josh, exicited and in the same time nervous stands up from his table and waited for Sisi in front of her classroom. "hey! i am that long?" "well not really, well its getting late lets get going." "sure" as they walk the walked home, silence was on the air, they never spoke a word. as they arrived at Sisi's house, sisi looks at josh and kissed him, "thank you""na..na..not aaaa....pr..pr...oblem" as he was shaking with happiness, it was his first kiss. "well your funny, and thank you for being a crying shoulder" "well its nothing!" Sisi laughs and smiles conquered her face again. "Well see you tomorrow" "See you too, good night" As Josh turns his back and walk home, Sisi suddenly call his name and ask the question "Can we go to school together, tomorrow?" "Yeah sure!" "Thanks"

As Josh was homebound, he holds his lips and say "At least I got my first kiss with her"

The day ended in a very romantic kiss.

A kiss that must never been made.
