I must warn you that this version contains foul language, sensual scenes, intense violence, black magic, blood, guts and gore ( No I do not have issues, I wrote this because I could. And just so you know, there's a reason there's the R rating, because I decided not to g rate everything, I realised if I am to describe evil I can't censor it.) View table of contents...

Loki's Power

The merchant city was busy as usual in the night, sailors arriving from long trips having endured pirate attacks, or some simply being slow. People came in and out of the bar, known to serve the best ale to be had.

Loki inhaled the salty air, he had not always liked it but it had grown on him. Life in Solnapro had grown on him as well, he fit in perfectly with everyone being a nocturnal creature. He could endure the sun light unlike most folk tales but he disliked it very much, it burned his pale skin very easily.

He looked at everyone go by, his eyes red for more than one reason for tonight was a feeding night, although his demon eyes were always red when he entered a feeding mode they swirled in a vortex. Looking at the people go by he did not see faces but the blood that flowed within them, each person being a possible meal.

He loved feeding night, a crazy craving formed within him the morning he woke up and he suffered migraines and nose bleeds, a clear sign it would be a feeding night. The thirst for blood was astonishingly strong, despite having a demon within him he had always had a bad side to deal with.

Now he had two bad sides, and he loved it. Spotting a beautiful prostitute walk out of the bar her blood was the best he’d seen of the night. He walked out of his hiding place to the prostitute, she smiled at him, " Hallo gent, you want a fun time tonight?"

Loki smiled at this, " More than you’ll ever know, will five thousand silver coins suffice?" Handing over a bag full of silver coins she replied, " My body is yours all night hon, lets go."

Whistling a taxi carriage came, arm in arm the got on the wagon as it rode to his mansion. She smiled as he began necking her, kissing her neck she moaned in joy, sitting on his lap she placed one leg on each side and faced him.

He smiled as their lips met in a deep embrace, his hands around her waist in a delicate fashion. She liked the feel his hands around her as she began to get more excited.

Laying over her he lifted her dress, exposing her bare leg hi kissed her. She moaned loudly in pleasure, Loki enjoyed having sex almost as much as he enjoyed drinking blood. He was a creature of satisfaction, he did what made him feel good. The driver could not help but look back. Loki glared at him, as the driver turned he began necking her again, digging his fangs into her neck.

Shescreamed in pain ashe began to suckle the blood out of her, the colour of her beautifully smooth skin slowly leaving as she grew very quiet. The life drained from her eyes she looked like a zombie.

She finally entered a deep comma as Loki finished sucking the sufficient blood needed to satisfy his hunger. This was normal business in this sea faring society, people always fell to the mysterious disease that was him.

Finally stopping at his mansion Loki grabbed the woman and put her over his shoulder, paying the driver a few silver coins from the bag the taxi left peacefully. Loki looked up at his dark mansion, the newest building in town it was completely white.

Five large pillars of white marble in front, this mansion could be seen all over town with its flawlessly smooth walls. Walking up the stairs he pulled out a large silver key and shoved it in, twisting it to the left the lock made a churning noise as the mechanisms went into action, unlocking the door.

Walking into the main entrance he dropped his trench coat to the ground, suddenly in mid step he detected a presence that was all too familiar to him, a very unique blood scent that only came from dark elves

He said to no direction in particular, " Dominic, I was certain I had lost you over a century ago, sending you on that wild goose chase, ironic part is it actually was a goose chase."

Dominic dropped from the ceiling, landing in a crouch he looked almost intimidating with the trench coat, looking up he replied, " Yes it was, and I had one hell of a meal that night. Although I got into a lot of trouble because of you, it took me a long time to find you and I had to travel here by foot, but here I am."

Loki regretted not having a sword on him, last time they’d parted had not been under the best conditions, suddenly from behind him came a person he hadn’t detected. Brown skinned with dread locks Loki did not recognize him immediately, but seeing his yellow eyes he recognized him immediately.

" Ares, I never thought I would see the day where Ares and Dominic, the two most hard headed people I know, would be working together like this. Phase three I presume, that look suits you, your whole pale skin look just didn’t suit you at all."

Ares walked up directly behind him, " Aye, I have to agree with you there. Although its hard to maintain the hair, I got the trick down. You always did know how to pick the best women didn’t you?"

Loki turned to face him, " Speaking of women." He whistled a high pitched whistle that resonated throughout the entire house, suddenly four women dressed in black dresses jumped down from the railings upstairs, surrounding Ares.

He walked beside Dominic, " I really hoped it wouldn’t come to this, but I never could trust you Ares, anyway, if you can manage to kill my women then maybe you’ll be able to join Dominic and myself in the dining hall."

Not bothering to wait for a response he turned and walked into a set of doors on the left, Dominic smiled knowing Ares would win, but not with ease. As Dominic left the women went into action, they were fast but Ares was much faster.

Jumping into the air with a flip he landed on one of the women, twisting her neck he kicked an oncoming attacker lunging for him, then three women landed on his back.

Biting him multiple times Ares did not even flinch in pain, grabbing two of the women by the hair he swung them in front of them, hitting each other with it. Throwing them to the ground he went both hands in back and grabbed the remaining woman, throwing her hard in front of him making her do several flips before finally hitting her head hard against the wall.

As he turned to join the others he heard noises from where he’d left the women, surprised to see the woman with the broken neck turn her head back into place. All four were back on their feet, growling at him showing their true nature as vampires.

Ares knew this could go on forever but didn’t have that much time, as they went for him he charged at one woman and tackled her head on, sending her hard against the wall making a large crack he did not stop, crashing into her again they both went through the wall landing in the street outside.

People screamed in shock as Ares beat her to a pulp, not giving her time to get up he punched her full force in the face, smashing her nose to oblivion he kept on punching her there, grabbing her head he pulled it completely off her body, leaving her dead for good.

Looking up the three remaining vampires tackled him hard, sending all four of them crashing hard to the ground they clawed savagely at him. Ares grabbed two of them in head locks and head butted the third one. Getting up with their necks in his arms he twisted them a complete 360, yanking them off their bodies blood spurted out, leaving one more.

She looked at him with pure malice, Ares knew this one was going to be harder. Without warning she lunged at him, however, he managed to catch her by the arms smash her against the town square fountain. Now there were many spectators, all watching Ares beat the living crap out of this vampire.

She retaliated, kicking him into the water she grabbed him and threw him into the crowd, without waiting she jumped the distance between them, Ares rolled out of the way, the impact of the vampire cracked the ground under her. He grabbed the vampire by her long black hair and began to drag her behind him.

She tried to get away but could not, howling in pain as Ares made sure to hurt her as much as possible, finding two work horses that had just been delivered he tied her feet to one horse and her head to the other and forced the horses to run opposite ways. The strain of both horses snapped her body in half, killing her. Satisfied Ares brushed his hands together and returned to the mansion.

Sitting at one end of the table Dominic ate the best food he’d ever treated his taste buds to as Loki stood at the window, watching as Ares killed his vampire women mercilessly. " Excitable little fellow he is, you should have seen him when he was only human, he was aphenomenal fighter but he was somewhat warm hearted and gentle, big wussy."

Dominic swallowed his food and said, " There is a reason we came here, its not just a leisure visit to talk about old times. We need your help." Loki sat back down at the long table, rubbing his chin with one hand.

He replied, " I deduced that much, and I’ve been thinking about what possible reason you’d need a blood thirsting vampire such as myself. None came to mind, unless this has something to do with that prophecy."

Ares walked in the room, wiping some blood off his face, " It has to do with stopping it from ever happening, but to do that we need to find the temple before they do, the meeting place. There are only five days left, I understand why they are in such a rush, five days and all will change."

Dominic added, " You have a clue leading to the temple, and when the time comes all seven hybrids will meet on the island and find the temple, what happens there no one knows, only speculations can be made."

Now Loki was interested, " So I am assuming Adonis is safe, none of this will happen without him. He is the driving force behind the prophecy, so you have him. But why would you want to stop it? Don’t you want to save the world as we know it? Or am I right to assume you want a new world."

Ares sat down as well, sitting in the middle of the table he placed his feet on the table, " A better world, in the present situation the wrong people have too much power, in five days when we stop the prophecy from ever occurring the playing field will be levelled, the perfect time to rise to power."

The air was dark, the chattering outside had now ceased and it was completely silent. The three of them sat at the table, thinking of what to say that, all three harboring their own hidden plans and yet all leading to the same end.

Loki spoke, " Funny isn’t it, how us three are planning so hard to stop all this good from happening, but in the end we will end up at the temple reunited with the others as the prophecy predicted. Maybe by breaking the prophecy your actually following it, you think this is the first time. All of this has happened before, and all this will happen again."

Finishing his supper Dominic said in an annoyed tone, " Why you always have to get philosophical, Where does the first clue lead us to so we can go there already, is it on the Macknola island?"

Loki nodded so Dominic finished, " Then I think we’ve wasted enough time as it is, Loki, can you form an army on a dime here, we need strong vampire soldiers and fast. I can get dark elves and Ares, can you possibly get any troops?"

Ares played with one of his rings, " I can work something out, I still have some connections with the Coronian Empire, I can rally up some ex-soldiers who have always been loyal to me."

Loki had to laugh at this, making the other two frown in confusion, " Don’t you hear yourselves talking, making an army. I agree, good plan, it just sounds so funny coming from you two. Its going to happen in five days, which leaves us three days to form our armies and two days to get to the island and find that temple. Just get me your people and I will make them supreme soldiers, and I think Ares can testify to this, vampires would be the best soldiers we can have."

And with a plan set in motion to stop the prophecy from occurring they went their own ways once again, leaving Loki alone in his mansion again he said to himself, " All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again. Another war for the temple, this should be fun."

Dominic had expected the village to return to is usual dark self but all torches were lit, dark elves chattering about the things dark elves talk about mostly; war, money, power, humour.

Walking to the bridge it was already lowered, guards not at their posts Dominic ran in, sword drawn hoping nothing bad had happened. Quickly finding his way to the throne room he kicked the doors open, the King was not on the throne, but floating peacefully on his back in the water among the candles, wearing not but shorts.

He said before Dominic could begin, " And you expect me to give you an army so you can screw up a prophecy meant to save the world? Give me one good reason why I would do that?"

Dominic had anticipated something on this line, " For the only reason that really matters, for power. Here you are stuck in this miserable excuse of a forest in this miserable excuse of a castle. All this while the light elves have large forests and kingdoms, large armies and large castles, my plan will make sure everyone is equal on the playing field, give everyone a new beginning."

The king laughed at this, to his taste he was too jovial now but he replied, " You can take all of them, the entire dark elf army, all under your command, because if what you say is right you will need them." Pleased with the answer Dominic walked out of the castle, beginning his return trip with an entire army now he knew Loki would convert them all to vampires, and then once that was done and Ares came with his own forces they would take boats and go to the island, where they wouldmeet the others.

OOOOhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I likey a lot. Dominic isn't what he seems to be just another reason why I like him as my fav, stop giving me reasons to love him, lol.

Your vampires have blood, yeah something original and not generic. I'm so glad I can't read your mind now, I have no idea where you are going with this, it's so exciting.

I should hope you can't read my mind, the day you can read my mind I am going to have to get a new one, lol. Yes we all thought Dominic was all for the prophecy and suddenly he turns around and does this, very unpredictable. I know you love him, so would you say my story is far from your typical fantasy story? Or is it sort of following the usual line?
