The forest of the free keepers

Jadan, still not able to believe that the girl in the castle was James Parkers daughter looked at Storm blankly. By that time the two boys were at the edge of a huge forest. The forest was like a boundary between Midvale and Roleya. As the boys walked in to the forest, the forest started to close around them as if it were a gate or something but it wasn’t it was just the magic of the forest. They walked a little farther in to the forest then stopped in front of a tall willow tree. Storm went up to the tree and rubbed his hand on a smooth carving of an X.
“Is this the right tree?” Jadan asked
“You bet” Storm said. Storm looked around then Whistled like a bird in the trees, he waited a few seconds then he herd a reply. A small smile crept over his face as a young man much like him-self jumped out of the tree The young man walked up to Storm and took his hand a shacked it profusely.
“Hello Cooper” said this man
“What? Oh right, ha I’ve been called Storm so long that I almost forgot my real name” Cooper (or as you know him as Storm) said. The two of them laughed for a second then Cooper relieved the strange look on Jaden’s face.
“Jaden, this is Landen. King of the Forest” Cooper said, Landen bowed his head,
“I know who he is, I just never thought I’d see him up close like this” said Jaden who was still a little in shock.
“Well then according to my spies in the castle, the King has another prisoner in his dungeons” Landen said becoming serious
“Yes. He was a young girl this time.” Cooper said, Landen looked at him in discussed,
“Why does he keep taking young girls and boys, it is a mystery even I can’t figure out”
“I think I figured it out, the young girl in there is Jesse Parker” Landen’ face went blank “Oh so you remember the name” Cooper finished
“Yes I do, she is James Parkers youngest daughter. The one they never found.” Landen thought for a moment then said “Cooper, you know what we have to do don’t you. We have to get to her before the King does. If he converts her then we will have no way of willing this feud between the Rebels and the Royals.” The tree boys looked at one another, then Cooper spoke up “I will go to her tonight and take her here tomorrow. I know that this is a dangerous task but I am willing to do it” they fell silent again.
“Cooper I wish you the best of luck, I will help you with this task though. The Free Keeper court  and I will create a diversion to help you and the young girl get out safely”. Cooper thanked him and stared on his long journey out of the forest. Cooper new what he had to do but he had his doubts that he could do it, but if the Kind of the Free Keepers thought he could he thought that there must be hope for him and Jesse yet.
