When I woke up, it was in a dark room. I blinked repeatedly, trying to adjust my eyes to the absence of light. Squinting, i could just about make out the lilac armoire, dressing table and the silken indigo and gold drapes. I tried to get up from the bed, but everything was hazy, and I found too late that my legs would not support me. The room spun before my eyes and suddenly I collapsed to the floor whimpering, as I hit the floor with a dull thud. Instantly I felt strong arms lifting me, I opened my eyes and was met with that entrancing gaze, i looked away sharply and tried to cover my nakedness, he chuckled as he slowly placed me back on the bed. Leaning over me he spoke, in hushed yet commanding tones. "Celia, you must stay in bed for a while more, the Elixir is draining most of your energy, so you may feel very weak for a while." he stroked my face softly, and i felt extremely bewildered by his tenderness, was this the same man who had taken away everything i had?.. my family, my kingdom, and now, my freedom. I began quivering with fear as he pulled me from the bed, dragging me out of the room and down a dark hallway. I struggled to keep up, not an easy task with my short legs, but i knew if i stumbled or fell, he would simply continue to drag me along. we entered a dark, cold room. He grasped both my arms, and secured them to a chain hanging from the ceiling, it was so high up I had to stand on tip-toes, after locking the cuffs securely, he across the room, i couldn't see what he was doing because he was behind me, but after a few seconds, i heard his footsteps approaching me again, then he spoke, in a dangerously low voice, "I will teach you to respect me Celia.. I don't know how many times he lashed me, but after what seemed like an eternitty, he released me from my shackles and carried me back to my bed. He licked the blood off my lacerated skin,  i whimpered as his coarse tongue abraised my tender flesh. "You will learn to obey me Celia.. I am your master now, my word is law... you will obey without question, or you will suffer even more sever punishment" He turned me round in the bed, and stood looking down at my naked form. I tried to hide myself from his piercing scrutinity, but he pulled my hands from my body, holding them above my head. I squirmed as his dark head came down and he took my nipple in his mouth, licking and biting so i moaned in pain and pleasure, he stopped, rose from the bed and left the room. He returned less than a miniute later, straddling me, he chained my hands to the headboard. He sat up and appraised me, I trembled in fear as i saw the dark desire in his eyes. I wanted to die.. I had no reason to live any longer.. but i remebered what he'd said about the Elixir.. I might have been stripped of my powers.. but i was still immortal..I could not die unless i drank more of the Elixir, and since there was no way I could get a hold of it, there was no escape from him...
