It was a long car ride to Mr. Heathrow's house, when we finally got there I almost fell over there was no house but there was a castle. A boy who was about 13 came over to my side of the police car and held open the door for me “Mr. Heathrow has been expecting you”

I walked into the castle to see a man standing there he looked about 30 and here I was expecting some old man. “Ah Miss Lexington I am so glad to finally meet you”he held out his hand and I shook it

“hi” was all I was able to squeak out.

“Tess here will get you setup in your room..... After you are done please come down to my office there are some things we need to work out” “hi you must be Jesse I'm Tess come on let’s get you up to your room then I will explain a few things”

walked up about ten flights of stairs Tess never broke a sweat she danced up the stairs me on the other hand almost died by the time we got to the top. “Okay here we are”

I examined the closed door it was black and had my name engraved into a plack that was bolted to the door. Tess led me into the room she sat on the edge of the bed and motioned for me to sit beside her,

“okay Jesse first things first I will tell you why you are here”

“oKay”

“well you see Heathrow runs a very special school here and well he did .... One of his friends a favour ...that means that you are here instead of in prison” I did not understand and I think my face showed it but Tess went on without saying anymore on that subject, “my room is on the other side of the castle so if you need help with anything you know where to find me ...the door is red and it has my name on it you can’t miss it”

I sat there and said nothing I was so over whelmed I did not even know what to say.

“There is just one problem with your room ....... you see Mr. Heathrow ran out of rooms on the girl’s side so..... You are on the boys side“

“great”

“now for rules there is two first you can’t leave until Mr. Heathrow’s says you can second you have to follow the instructions Mr. Heathrow gives you”

“oKay”

“now go down to Mr. Heathrow’s office and talk to him”

I stood up and I walked out my door

“take the elevator it’s the 5th door on your right then go to the main floor Heathrow’s office is right at the end of the hall when you get off the elevator”

now she tells me there is an elevator sheesh. I took the elevator down to the main floor and I stood in front of Mr. Heathrow’s office and was about to knock when I Heathrow spoke first

“come in”

I walked in and sat in one of the big leather chairs

“I apologize miss Lexington that I had to put you on the boys side but I had no more rooms available on the girls side...... if you have any problems please tell me so I can fix it.....I’m sure Tess told you the rules and I hope you will find everything you need in your room if not come to me and we can figure something out....... I want to tell you that I am very sorry about your mother and I will help find her killer with you also I hope you enjoy your stay here”

I left Mr. Heathrow’s office very confused I walked back up to me room I forgot all about the elevator until I got to the top and could not breath. I opened the door to my room and saw all new cloths a laptop, a cell phone, and a shiny new credit card, along with some toiletries tooth brush tooth paste ECT I hung up my cloths in a walk in closet the size of my old room, I walked over to my bed and was about to lay down when I heard guys voices outside my door

“hey there’s a new guy”

“what’s his name”

“Jesse Lexington”

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

I opened the door to see three guys there who were all hot but all looked really different I blinked a couple of times before they spoke.

“Hey is Jesse here”

“you are talking to her”

they all gave me looks from confusion to approval

“oh” they all said simultaneously.

“I'm Derek”

“I'm James”

“I'm Gavin”

“nice to meet you”

"the pleasure is all ours” Derek said with a cocky, flirty half smile HAH what a charmer

“okay nice to meet you guys again but I am going to go I am really tired ....bye”

I shut the door and decided to go to bed I put on some shorts and a T-shirt that went down to my knees and then I crawled into my new bed I fell asleep instantly........ I woke up around 2am I was really thirsty. I walked down the hall to find the kitchen. I walked into the kitchen to see about 3 guys there Derek one of them they all looked at me

“why she over here on our side”

“Derek did you bring another low life skank over”

"hey cool it I'm not a low life skank.....My room is on your guises side” I said I went the fridge and grabbed a can of coke and sat down at the table.

“So Derek when are you going to screw this one”

“soon enough guys soon enough”

“but dude she’s human”

“UGH ...... I am sitting right here....you’re never going to Derek”

“what you do now Derek” Gavin said

while walking into the kitchen he went to the fridge and grabbed a .......beer ... I didn’t see that wait are we even aloud to have those why are they even in there that’s when a girl came into the kitchen and broke my train of thoughts

“you’re up early Lilly” Gavin said with a huge smile

“so are you Gavin”

“whose this” Lilly said while pointing at me

“I'm Jesse”

“I didn’t see you on the girls side.......where’s your room”

“I'm not on the girls side I am on the guys side”

“ouch I feel for you .... I hope they are not giving you too much trouble”

I glanced over at Derek and he had a cocky smile plastered all over his face.

“Well I am going to bed unlike you vamps I need my sleep....... see you around Jesse”

Lilly said before she left the kitchen with Gavin right behind her. So I sat there with 3 pairs of eyes on me listening to their stupid comments and jokes I tried to tune them out as best as I could.

“well this has been fun but I am going back to bed” I said

I left the kitchen as I was walking back to my room something hit me VAMPS I thought to myself ..... I laughed to myself I must be more tired than I thought. I got to my room and turn the door handle only to find that it was locked.
