UGH I knew exactly where my key was it was laying on my desk inside my room

“sucks don’t it” I turned around to see James

“yeah ............ you locked out too”

“no...But I make good company”

I followed James down the hallway past the kitchen to the Rec room it had couches and a whole lot of arcade games

“hey my man James ......oh I see you found Jesse”Derek said while leaving his game and coming to sit down on the couch we were at. “James why aren’t you in bed” a guy said from across the room

“I could not sleep”

“Jesse I thought you were goin to bed” Derek said I rolled my eyes

“I got locked out of my room”

we all sat there for like 10 minutes without anyone saying anything

“sooooo what ya wanna do” Derek finally said

“ya guys do you mind if I just crash here on the couch”

“nope” Derek said

“no” James said.

I laid down and closed my eyes I instantly fell asleep.

“Jesse get up” I hear James say while shaking my shoulder lightly

“mmm I'm too tired”

I rolled over to my other side I sat straight up ...i was no longer on the couch I was on a bed ...who’s bed....whew it was my bed

“how-”

“I got your room unlocked and carried you back in your room”

“oh ..Okay”

“you have to get up its breakfast” James said then he left.

I jumped into the shower put some clean clothes on I decided to wear black hip hugger jean and a blood red small T , I did my hair put some eyeliner on and looked myself over in the mirror and then left my room and went down the hall to the kitchen. The kitchen was full with about 17 guys who all simultaneously looked at me I blushed and walked over to the counter and grabbed an apple and sat down at the table that had no one at it. After I listened to all the guys ask why I was in there kitchen and listening to all of Derek’s and James answers I walked back to my room

“holy shit you have a nice room” Lilly said as soon as I walked into my room

“hey”

“hey.....so how’s it like to be on the guys side”

“ummm different ”

“haha ya I bet it is”

“why did you call the guys vamps last night” I blurted out without thinking about it

“never mind”

“wait no one has told you ” Lilly asked totally shocked

“tell me what”

“sit down”

Lilly opened my door and yelled

“Gavin ...James...Derek get up here”

“what’s up “Derek said as he walked into my room followed by James and Gavin

“nobody has told her that’s what’s up ” Lilly almost screamed

“calm down and stop screaming before you give me a head ache” Derek said

“ya its no biggie babe we can tell her ” Gavin said

I sat there getting annoyed by all this

“are you going to tell me or just stand there”

“Jesse do you believe in witches ...Lycans...Vampires and fallen angels” Lilly asked

“umm I don’t know....why”

“well because you are looking at them ”

“haha your funny Lilly”

James suddenly had huge white feather wings that touched the ceiling of my room Gavin was on all fours as a all black wolf and Lilly was ...glowing purple I looked at Derek but I saw nothing that had changed but once again had a cocky smile on his face “Derek what is so special about you” I asked which instantly whipped the smile off his face

“isn’t it obvious that I'm a vampire”

“what ..you don’t turn into a bat”

Derek walked over to me “do you want this the painful way or the non painful way”

“non painful “

Derek suddenly locked his lips with mine and then I heard him in my head

“mmm you taste good”

UGH

I pushed him away “if I knew you were going to kiss me I would have asked for the painful way”I said as I wiped my lips off

“Derek you could have just held her hand or touched her arm or something” James said while trying not to laugh

“ya I could have”

“so how does that prove you are a vampire all it proves to me is that you are weird”

Derek smiled showing me all his teeth and there they were two pearly white ...fangs. a guy flew into my room

“lord Haydien is here”

“come on Jesse lets go but be quiet....girls seem to swarm him so shhh”

me and Lilly went down the elevator with Derek, James, and Gavin we snuck out after them and went and hid behind a huge plant pot by the wall, the double doors opened and in walked what I assumed was lord Haydien but I could not really see very good “lord Haydien welcome back did everything go smoothly in Canada” Heathrow said “yes thank you” Haydien said. Me and Lilly were pushing on the plant pot to see more not realizing the plant was tipping until it fell with a thunderous crash to the floor everyone turned and looked at us.
