Summer Reality

By: Anonymous

Don't you hate waking up from a wonderful dream? Imagine you were in a summer garden. All of the flowers had reached their point of finest beauty; butterflies were fluttering everywhere you look. One of blue and pink colors finds your nose and lands on it. At first you're startled but it, but then you realize what it's doing. It's looking for a place to stay for the night. You desperately wanted to bring it home with you and place it in a jar. As you look into its unique eyes you notice another amazing thing.

It's trying to talk to you. Now everybody knows that butterflies can't talk, or can they? For some reason you seem drawn to its gaze, its magnificent colors capture your heart. But then with one blink of an eye, you're awake. You woke up, what a terrible thing. But I'm sorry to say its reality, you go to sleep then you wake up. It's just the way things are. Reality isn't a great place to be, but one must make the most of it. I wouldn't want to live in reality all the time. Wouldn't you like to escape reality if only for a short time? Well I've got on word for you. Dream, dreams can take you miles and miles away from everything. And what's nice is that you can always go back whenever you like. You don't have to pay to feel as if all your troubles didn't exist for fifteen minutes.

There are so many places to go to that you may not dream them all in a lifetime. That's the beauty of dreaming, you don't have to let it go. It's always with you. The enchanting spells dreams can cast on you is wonderful. Better yet you can never remove the spells. Those dreams will always be yours to hold. Nobody can take them from you. So dream on my friend.
