Wow! Is It Pretty
"See him thru my eyes child," Yukita whispered in her ear
"No mother I do not hear!"
"Hush, hush! Child, the dragon only took your eyes not your ears."
"Look deep into your inner soul which I enter now"
"Let Amarterasu the goddess of sun now bring light to you child."
Lukita's eyes now slowly opened and hearing the whispers of the wind
Stood before her this boy with his Shakuhachi, a bamboo flute
He smiled at her and she back at him
I will play you this song and give back your eyes
Which the dragon took with his fiery tongue
She watched him in awe thru her mothers eyes
Not knowing what she will hear thru her frightened ears
Miju bowed shyly placing the flute to his perfectly shaped lips
Then I heard the acceso sound igniting a fire in me
Yet so soft, enchanting and melodius
Like a butterfly wing brushing against your cheek
I saw the rainbows in this music he played
My body now swaying to the soft beat to and fro
He played with dolcissimo so sweet was the sound
More melodius I had never heard before
My eyes they watched him, my ears they listened
My soul now filled with song, of my life that went so wrong
The beautiful music echoed wildy thru my mind
I pictured the stars as a million disco lights
This music filling the cool air of the summers night
The melody opened for me the heavens above
As from that day this music gave my eyes back to me
A tear trickled down his face as he ended the song
With heavenly passion he played the final note
"For you fine maiden this lullabye now yours to own."
"Wow! Is it pretty!" I said back to him
"Tell me sweet lady how did you know the name of this song?"
