Swimming In Trees

Poetry By: gigglemybagel

Don't take this to heart or look for some huge hidden meaning. Trust me, there isn't any. It's just a story I felt the need to write.
Look at the imagery though. Try to see it, it looks cool

I don't know where I'm going.
I barely know where I've been.
I climbed a tree and did a headstand,
Landing in an open wind.

Slipping into chilling forests,
A cave slightly ajar.
I entered in, my sneakers sticking
To the ground, old and charred.

I meat a snake that whispered secrets.
A feather in it's nest.
It lead me to open waters,
A fire in it's breath.

As I stod amidst the ices
The serpent pushed me in.
I floated towards the algae,
My head started to spin.

I drank the magic juices,
And harmonized the sea.
Forever almost followed
Till I surfaced rolling sweet.

I skipped back home with pixies,
I climbed another tree.
I swung beneath the branches,
Then they broke, and I danced free.
