Big Black Flyer - (Wyz)

Poetry By: Jayson Wyz
Fantasy

One of my first poems, so it was likely written while I was in middle school, probably 6th or 7th grade).

I would actually classify this in a form of Trilogy, of poems. Three poems I wrote about three mythical creatures, each written in the same style. I was little when I wrote this, so don't expect too much from it.

I sat deep within the valley

And looked up into the sky.

I had just escaped the village rally

When I saw something fly by.

This creature was black.

As black as water is clear.

He flew down into a crack

And I think he might have ate a deer.

I'd hate to be braggin'

But I think I saw a dragon.

You may not believe me but I know what I saw.
