Man In The Moon.

Man in the moon please guide me through this open road
Allow me to be safe tonight, protected from life's dangers
And the blur of cars that fade into the distance
Man in the moon, when will this journey come to an end?

The darkness smothers me, chokes me
Yet I'm comforted by your glow of light
Talk to me and tell me all is fine
Man in the moon, will I go to sleep tonight?

Stay with me, where I can always see you
Don't disappear behind the trees
Drive with me, take me to my home
Man in the moon, will I wake tomorrow?
