The Age of Darkness dawns
The ebon Queen responds
To the hatred of mankind
From the depths she returns
Bloodlust, blood shed
Mankind wages war
The sky bleeds black
A raven calls
The waters turn red
The angels are dead
Impurity supreme
Innocence taken
Rivers run dark
We are lost in the stars
Time is stretching onwards
Mortals are powerless
The abyss takes control
Corrupts the mortal soul
Darkness traps the light
To the depths with goodness
Hatred becomes common vemon
But the mortals just let them
The Dark Queen vows vengeance
But she cannot rule forever
The White King could no longer
Watch the darkness grow stronger
Forth from the depths
He came to claim his bride
Darkness was softened
The sun shone
Balance was restored
But the mortals were gone
Only the dreams
Were left to be
Such a hollow world
With but an eternal sea.
