yay for poems, yes? well, i feel i should do a little wrap-up for my late novel, Earth Eternal. i'm no longer continuing it on booksie but its still being written. This poem sums it up but doesnt spoil it either.... we'll see how this works... :/
actually this is a key piece of the book.... a prophecy of sorts, you could say

Raine of Fire

A tyrant risen to grave heights

Worlds gone dark with no light

Sorcerers fight and die

while innocents perish and

faerie goes down in flames.

no face to the darkness, only for the light

five of youthful beauty and power.

Raine of fire and Shay of the land,

the air of Mezra flowing freely

and cairo, her eyes open to the truths of magic

and last Elja, in control of the waters of life.

On the eve of mid-winter's dawn

the final battle will rise and the fates decide

who will live and who will die
