"Dear Delyriah"
Clouded wisps of gaslight
Tear away at lithe delight
Is it too late to memorize
An abode, a haven, a paradise
Instead must I synchronize
With the rhythm of demise
Oh Lady Delyriah, do lift me aside
Keep me away from the caves inside
Weave me wings of fire and thunder
Fly me away from all blunder
Whisper the truth as it becomes colder
Strip all heated falsity asunder
Do swallow whole the aching sun
Fade it out in a soft tune's hum
Cast your spell in the moon's light
Bathe my weary mind's sight
Cleanse me from all blight
As my howls echo into the night
Call upon the phoenix's rise
Through this blaring sky
Let her silence the world in a cry
Leave nothing untouched by her stride
Watching with the leaves eyes'
Nature will prove her guide
Feminine, nude and benign
Waves of renewal cascade and slide
Over thine goddess divine
Overtaking with each tear reality's design
Delyriah will once more reign high
