Starry Night

Just a poem I can make for tonight (I'm sorry if its day for you) I love stars so much I thought they are lights, eternally lighting up the sky.

A lone star I saw on the clear night sky,

But it was shining very bright.

I could say it was alone

And after a while, more stars have shown

Oh! I can see a shooting star.

Let's make a wish, with all our hearts,

Close your eyes and say the words,

Peace. That's all I wanted for the world.

I began to yawn then marched myself to bed,

I can't help it. I'm too tired and so as my head.

"I wonder if it will come true." I thought and smiled,

Hehe. I'm thinking so much like a child.

But late at night, a light shone so brightly outside.

Go back to sleep or find out? It's hard to decide.

I gave up and stood, and opened my window.

A star shone brighter than the others, it even widened my shadow.

Heh, those stars are so bright and small,

Besides, it's a starry night after all
