Chapter 1 (the only chapter)

           One morning a young beautiful woman goes to her mailbox and finds a letter with no from address but it did have her name on it and a stamp. She opened the letter and started reading it and this is what it said:

Dear Penny,

   Hi my name is John and I have recently moved here looking for a friend and I heard that you was a really nice, young, beautiful woman. I was wondering if you wanted to be pen pals.

                                                                                                        John

           Penny thought about it and decided that it would be fun to have a pen pal. So she wrote back and her letter said:

Dear John

    Yes. I would love to be your pen pal. I need a friend because my husband died just 2 months ago.

                                                                                                        Penny

            The next morning she put it in her mailbox but as soon as she put it in her mailbox it burst into flames. "OH GOD!" Penny said. She ran in her house. 10 minutes later her mailbox stopped burn ing she went back outside and looked inside her mailbox. Inside there was a clean white enevolope. She opened it and read it and it said:

Dear Penny,

      Sorry about the flames. It a bad habit of mine. Thank you for returning my letter.

                                                                                                            John

P.S. I'd like to arrange a meeting with you.

        Penny was conserned and this time didn't return his letter. 5 days later Penny heard a knock on her door. She went and opened the door and saw a tall figure with a black robe on and a tall matchete. "Hello Penny" the figure said, "I'm John the Grim Reaper and I am here to take your life." And with a snap of the rist the matchete came around and cut Penny into.
