Chapter 12 VOTE AND COMMENT PLEASE!! Ok, hopefully this chapter will be longer lol. I think my writers block is starting to go away lol. The story is gonna go faster and will have action and such. So Kuro is the angel in the prophecy!? I would love you if you VOTE AND COMMENT! --------------- Kuro's POV (yep back to him) I'm at the bar now all ready to go. And it's only 6:30. Where did Shiroi go anyway? And what did his brother want to talk to him about? I don't know but I have a feeling he won't tell me. "So were you with Shiroi all day?" my boss asks. "Yep, I seriously think he's the one." "That's good, so where is he? He's usually here with you." "He's talking to his brother about something." "Oh, do you know what?" "No, and I don't think he's gonna tell me." "Why not?" "I don't know, I just have a feeling." "Ah, hey look there he is." I look at the door and see Shiroi walking in putting his shirt on, he must've had his wings out. He comes over and sits with us at the bar. "Hey Kuro." he says. "Hi, what'd you guys talk about?" "Just getting me caught up on what was going on with the family." I can tell he's lying. His eyes look sad. "Oh, ok, what'd you guys really talk about?" "Um." he motions his head towards my boss, probably saying this isn't something for him to hear. "Hey, boss, don't have some final check ups to make before we open?" I ask. "Oh, um, I can tell this is something that should only be between the two of you, I'm gonna go." he walks away. "You guys really didn't talk about you family did you?" "No." "I figured. Do I really want to hear this?" "No, though I don't know if I should tell you or not. It has something to do with the transformation." "What about it?" "You know what? I'm just gonna tell you the whole thing." "Ok." I kinda didn't expect him to actually hear him tell me. "Ok so there's this prophecy, and my brother thinks it's about you." "What's the prophecy?" "He who is half demon, half angel, but mostly angel, will destroy mankind." "And he thinks it's about me?" "Yeah." "Why?" "Well the whole half angel, half demon thing is really rare. My brother is actually a full demon, he's only my half brother. Then somehow my dad fell in love with an angel and they had me. Demons and angels hate each other, that's why it's rare." "Oh wow." "Yeah, I told my brother it couldn't possibly be you, I mean you aren't even violent. But then he told me, 'but what about after the transformation?' that got me thinking, 'is he gonna change after he transforms?' I don't know what to do." "So he doesn't want me to transform?" "Nope, but what if you aren't the one the prophecy is talking about? What if it's talking about another guy 100 years in the future?" "That's true." I think hard about this, I can't ever imagine myself destroying mankind, but like he said, I might change after I transform. Then I say, "I want to transform." "What? You really want to risk it?" "Hai, if I am the one the prophecy is talking about, maybe I can change it." (yes) "Nani? How is that even possible?" (what) "Shiroi, before I met you, I thought the existent of angels and demons impossible, but then you came and proved it wrong, it is possible. I'm at the point right now that maybe nothing is impossible. That we can change this! Plus what if I never transform so the prophecy changes to another guy? Then those people would have to worry about it. I'm not gonna let that happen!" "Ok, ok, we'll do it then." I nod my head. Then I see my boss coming up to us. "Kuro, why don't you go home?" "What?" "I overheard you guys talking." "How much did you hear?" "Pretty much everything. I've always known about the existence of angels and demons." "Really?" "Yep, plus, Chi is here." "What!?" sure enough there was Chi walking up to us. "Chi I told you to stay!" 'Sorry. I was so bored, I didn't have anything to do.' he jumps onto the counter. "So, boss, if I leave then who's gonna be at the bar?" "I'll do it, ok? You three go on home." "Ok, thanks boss." Shiroi grabs my wrist and we run out of the building whith Chi, following close behind. "Shiroi!" yells a voice above us. Then I see Kurochi fly above us and land violently in front of us causing us to stop. "You aren't doing what I think your doing are you?" "I am." Shiroi answered. "But what about the prophecy?" "I don't give a fuck about the prophecy! I am gonna prove to you that he is not gonna destroy all mankind!" I stare at Shiroi, does he really have that much confidence in what we are about to do and what's gonna happen afterwards? "Are you fucking serious!? What are you gonna do if you're wrong!?" "I'll figure it out if it comes to that." he said softly. Seems he didn't think about the fact that maybe we can't go against the prophecy. "But either way, you can't stop me!" Shiroi pulls me around Kurochi and to the car pushing me in the passenger seat. "You can't change my mind no matter what you say." He gets in the drivers seat and closes the door after making sure Chi was in the car and we drive away. "Does the transformation hurt?" I ask. "You'll be in so much pleasure you won't even feel it." "Oh." I'm a bit relieved. "I'm wondering, when we actually kissed for the first time it felt like my energy was being sucked out but, earlier today it didn't feel like that." "That's because the first time, it started the transformation and it took all your energy away. Today, what we did didn't progress the transformation anymore." "Oh, that makes sense." "Yeah." silence fills the car. This is a bit awkward. I should just ask some questions to break the silence. "So Kurochi is your half brother?" "Yeah, I have many half brothers and sisters, I just know him the best, we grew up together. You could say he was my first love." "He didn't hate you since you were part angel?" "No, he looked past who my mom was and the fact the I was part angel and saw me. I was his first love too." "What happened between you two?" "Our father was against our relationship, I was distracting him from his duties as the eldest son. We slowly grew apart as father gave him more and more task to take care of until neither of us just didn't feel anything for each other anymore." "How long did the relationship last?" "Oh I don't know, about a thousand years." My eyes widen "How old are you?" "1500." "You told me you were 18!" "I did didn't I." I nod my head. "I have the body of an 18 year old." "Oh."
