Being more serious than a simple episode of sadness, anger or just a temporary feeling of loss of energy, depression can have a significant impact on your life, on the capacity of your work, on your general health and on you as an individuality.

I decided to write this book to share about everything I've learned in my life, the experiences I've had, the interaction with other human beings. I have always tried to learn everything I could, in all possible ways to make my life better and live in the most positive ways possible.

As maybe you, too, I had a lot of difficulties, and often thought I would not succeed, but the end has always dominated on me the spirit to continue and I always believed in the goodness of life without being caught in despair.

I learned to love life at my own pace, following a natural path, without burning stages.

That is why I urge you to read this book trying to follow my advice.
