.I like to type until the dawn is just about to give itself to day, and stand breathing in that new freshness of the world....I like to read poems aloud until my throat is scratchy and my heart feels wise again.....I like to rush through the only sonata i know until my hands cramp up, and inspiration lives in my toes......to walk until my feet are numb, and float at every mountain summit; to climb evergreens in the rain, and garden naked in the sun; to hug a rock against my belly while the sea floor hugs me back, gazing up at dancing rising suns...

and then to sleep..... after I have danced myself awake again.
