Prologue:

Closest conquered town to the battle line; 5 miles outside the capital-Simeona

Brutus rolled a cup of silver in his hand, staring intently at the strategy map laid on the table in front of him. Closing his eyes, he breathed in, just as the doors swung open and a man in black armour strolled in, kneeling in front of the throne, muttering, "My Lord."

Brutus opened his eyes calmly, waiting. The man rose and passed Brutus a scroll. "General Iscar wants to know your next course of action," he supplied.

Amaria snorted. "He's so full of himself."

She ripped the note in twos, making the man wince. Brutus stepped down from his throne, up to the strategy map, all eyes on his next move. Amaria waited for the man's punishment, but Brutus smiled at them with some-what satisfaction. He then spun around and simultaneously threw his dagger at the map, right where the territory of Simeona lay.

"Not tomorrow, but tonight!" He muttered. The king then spun on his heels to face the man, his eyes shifting towards his battle gear, with a sword and spear crossed with a shield covering the intersection. Focusing back on the man, what he said next would change the nation and the king's future forever.

"Make sure you send them…"
