Page 1, Should I be criticised for painting a person red?

As a way to identify my servants if they escape, I have started a system whereby every few days, I paint their heads red.  This way, they will be easily identifiable by the authorities whom I commission to search for them. I have received a written complaint from one of the servants, that my actions are degrading, and that having a completely red head is 'affecting quality of life'.

Are their complaints justified or should I simply punish them in some way for being insolent?
