In cases of anxiety:
Practicing massage on the solar plexus by mixing 5 drops of lavender essential oil, 4 drops of geranium essential oil and 4 drops of rose essential oil in a base oil (such sweet almond oil).

In case of insomnia:
Massage your neck and shoulders with a mixture of 4 drops of neroli essential oil, 6 drops of lavender essential oil and 4 drops of rose essential oil diluted in base oil.

Anti-stress recipe:
Mix 5 drops of essential oil of sage, 5 drops of lemon essential oil and 5 drops of lavender essential oil in an oil base. Apply this mixture on your body rubbing.

Soothing bath: Primal Stress
Mix 2 drops of geranium essential oil, 2 drops of lavender essential oil, 2 drops of tangerine essential oil and 2 drops of essential oil of rosewood in a base oil. Add to bath water at the last moment.
