Email message, from Luvnmydoggy23 to DogBrandofAmerica.com:
Hi, my name's Karen, and I have a problem. I hope you guys can help me. I heard your dog food is one of the best on the market, and I have a three-year-old Collie that I absolutely adore. So, obviously, I wanted to get her the best.
Anyway, I bought a three pound bag of your food, and gave it to her. For the first week, she was fine. But now, she's wheezing a lot, and drooling all over the place. Her eyes seem cloudly to me, and when she barks, she snarls with her teeth alot. I'm not necessarily scared of her, as I am for her. I just want her to be okay.
I've brought her to the vet already, and he couldn't really help me. I just wanted to see if you guys could send me some information, perhaps give you a heads up that there might be some tainted bags out there.
Hope to hear from you soon, Karen.
