Xavier was standing on a long spread of damaged pavement, it
reminded him of a battle field. The sky was darkened, black as
pitch for as far as the eye could see.
It was a starless and moonless night, the sky was empty. There
was no wind and no noise. There wasn't even any buildings. Where
Xavier was staring at the large man that stand before him.
He was muscular and he towered over Xavier; made him feel small.
He must of been middle aged but his shaggy dark brown hair made
Xavier think otherwise. The man's ice cold blue eyed glower
pierced him like a thousand ice shards.
It made Xavier feel more than just uncomfortable.
An attempt to try avoiding the stare, Xavier side-glanced. He was
taken back by a girl standing beside him. She was returning the
man's scowl even though he hadn't have been looking at her.
Xavier examined the girl. She had bleach blonde hair, it flowed
in waves over her shoulders and down to her waist. Her eyes were
emerald green, they reminded Xavier of the tall pine trees that
were found in his favorite place, the forest.
He then noticed the girl was faded, he could see the stretch of
the black sky dimly through her face. Xavier was bewildered, his
brain couldn't process what he was seeing. But it didn't matter
to him, he still thought she still looked like a beautiful
He turned his body 180 degrees to see behind him. There was a
full army of transparent humans behind him. The only people
standing beside him or in front of him was the strange man and
the girl. As if he were the leader of the army.
Was he invisible too?
Xavier pushed the thought away and turned his gaze to the man in
front of him once more. He felt the stinging of the ice shards
The curiosity was killing him and so was the man's glare. Xavier's eyes quickly averted to the pavement.
He was transparent.
The only thing that wasn't see through was the crimson red ribbon tied firmly in a bow around his wrist..
