10:26 P.M.
Justin is sitting up in bed as everybody prepares for the trip. Devin checks his PSG-1 and made sure that it was in proper working conditions. Josh loaded up his Luger and checked his ammo pack. Marcus put his SPAZ-12 on his back and helped Justin to his feet. Both D.J. and Justin checked thier Samurai Edge Pistols. Then, the group opened the door and went straight to the plan that Devin had planned earlier. Marcus ran out first, firing his SPAZ at the closest zombies. Then Josh ran out firing his Luger at the medium range zombies. And finally, Devin ran out with his sniper rifle firing at the long range zombies. They kept this up until all the zombies in the immediate area were disposed of. Afterwards, the group began to trek through the mountains, to the mansion. Overhead, they could hear another chopper comming overhead. The group reached a clearing, and at the edge was a cliff, from there they could see many areas such as a small village, a gas station, a bomb shelter, and finally, the mansion. At the mansion, they saw the chopper hovering overhead, and soon after there was a small explosion under it, then, the chopper took off and the entire mansion exploded, leaving behind shockwaves and a large crater in the middle of the mountains.
Devin: What the h***!?
Marcus: That was one big explosion.
Justin: I wonder if Rebecca made it out...
Billy Coen: I'm sure she did.
A man wearing a tank top, jeans, and a handcuff hanging from one hand walks into the opening. He has a fairly laid back expression, and approaches the group without any sense of hurry or fear. At first glance you'd notice the tatoo on his arm, and his slicked back hair. He walks past the group and looks out over where the mansion was.
Billy: I'm Billy Coen. I was with Rebecca not too long ago, maybe a day.
Justin: Really. Why should I beleive you?
Billy: Well, why not? Your stranded in the mountains infested with zombies.
Marcus: True.
Billy: Well, the Ecliptic Express was a train that crashed into another mansion not too far from here. I came from that train. Nothing of interest is in that area so don't bother searching it. And other than that I can't help you, seeing as how I was trapped in the train and in the mansion for most of the last day or two. Hrmph. Well, I gotta go. I recommend you to that village, it's most likely to have survivors. Check ya later.
He walks away, whistling, then hits jogging speed and runs out of sight.
Justin: I don't think we should trust him.
Devin: You say that about everybody tougher looking than you.
Josh: Amen.
Justin: Oh shut up all of you. Let's go if we're going.
Sarah: Fine by me... I dislike being in a large area filled with things that want me dead. Reminds me too much of school.
Devin: You said it. Let's go!
The group then backtracks to the woods, and eventually finds a path leading down the cliff, to the woods below. Now, they just had to survive until they reached the village, where they may find salvation...
