Chapter one: on our way...



"We’re lost aren’t we… see I knew it was a bad idea to come out here alone" said trish sounding slightly worried as a breeze blew through her blond hair which was clipped back by bone hair clips on either side of her head keeping it from going into her face and ruining her carefully applied make up. a hanging bone necklace laid comfortably on her small cleavage. cleavage wrapped in a tight brown strapless animal fur top with a matching fur skirt. her fluffy fur cuffed high heal boots kicked up leave as she walked between her 2 friends.

"Yeah, she’s right” heather adds “we should have just waited for Scott, Steve and matt" heathers dress was tight with a leopard print, seemed almost painted on. a soft standing fur collar attached to its shoulder straps rested lightly on her short dark hair.

"omg shut up, were not lost” jenny replies as she stops. Metal bones hung from her ears and made a sounded similar to a wind chime as she turned to Jenny and Trish “it’s around here somewhere besides we don't need those assholes to find it i have a gps on my phone."

the animal print halter dress which loosely covered her small tight frame flowed like water with every wind blow . her knee high black high heal boots shuffled through the leave bellow as she lead her 2 friends deeper into the woods as if she knew where she was going..


Trish stops to corrects jenny
“matt might be an asshole but Steve isn’t, besides you’re just mad at matt because you caught him flirting with his ex, what’s her name, Dana I think”.

Jenny’s bone shaped earrings jingle as she looked back at Trish
“ eww ....first off steve isn’t even your boyfriend. even though every one knows you 2 are like still into each other. like whats wrong with you 2“ she pauses for a moment and stares at trish as if waiting for an answer then continues on her rant ” and second matt said he wasn’t flirting with her ok.”

Heather steps in
“So we left without them because….. and you know what Scott isn’t an asshole either, he’s sweet and thoughtful and…”
Jenny interrupts “ are you kidding me” then laugh, turns to heather and says
“no he’s not ,he’s the biggest dick everyone knows that besides If he’s so perfect, which we all know he’s not, why do you keep cheating on him?” heather answers with a silent stare as jenny smerks “now come on” and the 3 continue to walk into the darkness

sounds of nocturnal life starting there night surrounded them As the 3 dressed in sexy cave women attire continue on deeper and deeper into the forest using the screens of their cell phones to light the way.

not to far behind them, in the darkness heather hears the leaves on the ground crackling "what was that?" she looks back using her cell phone to illuminate the dark
Jenny quickly answers
"Who cares, just keep walking.” as she continues to walk staring at the gps on her cell phone, uninterested in what heather has to say.
Heather Worried replies
“but I heard something behind us......There it is again.”

Trish turns to look.
"I heard it too; it sounded like someone walking or something.”
The three stop to listen.
“Do you hear tha…”
Jenny interrupts heather
“shhhh.”
And whispers
"How do you expect me to hear anything, if you keep running your fregin mouth?"
The three become silent…… the only sounds that can be heard are that of a light breeze blowing through the leaves above, crickets having chirping conversations and the electric like sounds of cicadas calling on a mate.
After a few seconds of hearing nothing out of the ordinary Jenny’s bone shaped earrings chime as she shakes her head
"you guys are dorks I don’t hear anything, now come on , we’re wasting time. its bad enough we’re running late.”

the 3 continue on, walking deeper and deeper in to the forest with every step. moon light barely filters through the leaves. a dense mat of ferns and moss give the air an earthy smell.
a sound is heard from trish’s cell phone “shit, my phone just died” jenny pays no mind she just alternates from staring at her cell phone and lighting the path ahead as heather looks around the forest surrounding them and is reminded of a story told to them when they were kids
"Remember that story our parents told us about these woods and like those 10 hikers that went missing."
Trish thinks for a momnet
"Yeah I remember, my mom said they were killed by some cult for some ritual.. “ heather continues for trish “to raise a demon or something. weren’t they all found with no heads."
Jenny feels the need to correct the 2 as she stares at her cell phone, barely watching her steps.
"it was 7, 7 hikers, they were found without a drop of blood and no it's not true our parents just said that to keep us from wandering around and getting lost out here." trish laughs “like we are right now.”

the three continue on through a barely noticeable path lined by tall trees and plants brushing against their smooth bare legs. heather taps trish on the shoulder “did you lock my doors” trish’s long blonde hair bounces off her back as she shakes her head at the question “ yeah, i know you heard the alarm set” heather replies “ok good”
jenny stops and extends her arm like a crossing guard at a busy intersection “wait” the other 2 come to a halt behind jenny.
In the distance they hear a faint sound
"Wait do you hear THAT"
Ask Jenny and Trish answers
“Music”
Jenny smiling as if given a gift
“I told you we'd find it and we didn't need Anyone’s help. now Come bitches."
There pace picks up as they march on
"We’re almost there."

They continue towards the music but Heather stops as The leaves on the ground crackle again only this time the sound is a lot closer. she quickly turns, her cell phone gripped tightly between her hands barely illuminating the darkness
"Something’s definitely following us”
Jenny rolls hers eye’s, ignores heather and keeps walking. Trish follows behind Jenny, for one reason
"i cant wait to see steve, I'm so excited"
Jenny nodding her head, smiling
" i cant wait to get to this party, it’s going to be epic. I plan on getting soooo wasted tonight. Matt’s bringing the E and Heather, Scott’s gonna have my pot right? Because I know I’m gonna want to smoke while I’m rolling."
Heather answers with silence. Jenny asks again
"RIGHT heather"
And heather answers again with silence. Jenny becomes irritated
“your ignoring me now." she
turns around and looks behind Trish finding nothing but trees and darkness. Jenny turns to Trish “where’s Heather"
Trish puzzled answers
“I don't know, she was just behind me a second ago, maybe she stopped to pee she always has to
pee"
Jenny replies
“Yeah, when she's drunk. we barely pre gamed at your place. we haven't even gotten to the party yet and she’s already disappearing.”
Jenny and Trish yell
“Heather....... Heather...... Come on we're already running late.” jenny whispers under her breath “ cause of you” trish hears and looks at jenny with disappointed eyes “what?” jenny answer. they listen for a response but no response is heard
Jenny gets pissed off and turns back to Trish
"you know what ,fuck it come on I'm not missing this party for anyone" and walks. trish hesitates for a moment” we cant just leave her out here” but the light from jenny’s cell phone quickly changes her mind as it move further from her and she finds her self alone in the dark.
Trish rushes to catch up and the remaining 2 keep walking with one less in the group.

The music continues to get louder with each step towards their destination. Further up ahead through the trees jenny notices lights slowly becoming visible.
”do you see that…. lights.”
But Trish ignores jenny and keeps looking behind for heather who she thinks might be trying to catch up “huh? I don’t care. I'm starting to get really worried about heather.”
Jenny still annoyed with heather replies.
“Well I’m starting to get tired of heathers shit. She’s the reason we're running late and to make matters worse she ditches us, i mean come on who does that. "
Trish stares at jenny unsurprised at her words
"Yeah I know but we can’t just leave her out here, she might get lost"
but Jenny doesn’t care she just keeps walking toward the music
"well maybe She should have stayed close and not wandered off to pee or whatever she went to go do.” trish answers “well maybe if you weren’t such a bitch she wouldn’t have wandered off alone” jenny stops for a moment then turns to Trish as her earings chime but Trish is gone.
"Oh now you too"
Jenny looks around and yells
"This isn't funny guys. I'm sorry for being a bitch ok."
She waits for a reply but all she hears is music. Pissed off, she yells
"fine I'll see you at the party.”
then turns and keeps walking towards the lights and the music.
As jenny continues the rest of her walk all alone the leaves begin to crackling behind her. She turn “trish?...heather?” but doesn’t see anything. the sound continues to get closer as she squints for a better view. the sound stops just a few feet in front of her but she doesnt see anything. she turns and begins to walk. the sound returns, the leaves directly behind her crackle as she picks up her pace to almost a jog. the music is laud and the lights are so bright its like she already standing at the entrance of the cave. Jenny hears people on the other side of some bushes as she continues to jog toward them.
She stops in front of the bushes and takes a second to catch her breath, then pocks her head through the bushes and sees a big crowd of people, more then she expected, waiting on line for the party to begin, the same line she’s gonna have to wait on
"omg thanks Heather"
Jenny takes a step out of the bushes to the clearing in front of the cave and looks down at her outfit “i’m a mess” she begins to dust herself off as the leaves crackle behind her.

a flash overwhelms jenny. Her eyes close. jenny hears the sound of leaves crackling around her throbbing head. she opened her eyes. looking at what seems to resemble leaves and tree branches moving. Confused and disoriented she looks at her feet and finds herself on the floor, bound by her ankles, being dragged through the woods further and further away from the lights and the music. Jenny tries to get a look at who’s dragging her but the pain from her head was affecting her vision.
“Hmmm”
Is the sound she makes as she screams for help. A filthy rag had been tied around her mouth. As jenny gets dragged through the woods, over sharp rocks ripping and taring her already skimpy attire. Over branches and shrubs tangling up in her hair , dragged further and further away from the lights and the music jenny could only think of one thing “I’m gonna miss such an epic party.”
