Poetry By: Alyson Angel

A poem that follows a horror myth about a man...A man that you don't want to meet...Especially when you are a young...As in...Children...

Slender man, Slender man…
Is that really your name…?
Slender man, Slender man…
Why do you take children away…?

Slender man, Slender man…
Where do you actually live…?
Slender man, Slender man…
Why do you take people lives away…?

Dear child whom I do not know
I have so many names…But one of them is Slender man…
Dear child whom I do not know
The reason for my action is just to play with them…

Dear child whom I do not know
I live in the deepest woods... Come and see me if you would like…
Dear child whom I do not know
The reason for my action is…You must not ask this question my dear child…

Dear child whom I do not know
Come and walk with me into the woods in the thickest fog
As we both holds hand together
Walking into my welcoming home

Do not fear me as I call upon you…
Greet me with open arms as you walk towards me…
I am not what do you think I am
Only because of my devilish looks upon my form

I am only…A mere creature wanting to be friends
Do not fear me, as I do not mean any harm on your soul…
Come now my dear child…
Come to me as I call upon you…Your name…
