As angels die across the floor, a stranger comes a knockin' at your door.

His heart is black and dead to light; His eyes reflecting back the night.

A thirst still longs for your blood, breaking the walls to free the flood.

The cry of children follows his wake, he follows in every step you take.

Screaming only heard in silence, he knows you're weakest to the violence.

Bequeathed a mission by the darkness, down the path of hate and sadness.

He came from brimstone and fire, to kill your every last desire.

You play your part in the massacre, to the sickest evil reborn conqueror.

His powers grow fast and great, your efforts remain all innate.

No matter what match you book, he sticks you on a chain and hook.

His day looms nearer every year, time approaching its crystal clear.

On this fateful night, he bids you Goodnight.

As you wish you're only dreamin', when you face his favourite demon.
