The black Escort

Poetry By: mikrideb
Horror

He's a spoiled child who transformed into a Duke. A witch cursed him and made his body with tar, wood, ash and charcoal. He has to go to find his real body with a woman he loves, but she must never lie to him. Otherwise he will die... but... is there a woman that says no lies to keep the one she loves by her side?

"You'd better stay in tonight...
The duke has some free time...
when he feels lonely he stays out late...
until he finds the duchess who was stolen by fate...

Dark it may be...
Loud the rain sounds...
I hear it frequently
those broken shadows...

body made of ashes
Heart made of tar...
still your soul's a rock?
Then you shall lose, what you forgot...

I made your body with ashes from the fire...
Took millions tones of fire wood to complete your heart...
tar, wood and hatred... maybe venom, or sorrow?
Go and get your body... until tomorrow...

You've been cursed...
because you tortured innocent people...
love, didn't find in you... not even a dribble
You still lack many things... you spoiled child...

You are the king of black...
The Duke of the spoiled...
the Earl of injustice
and the Baron of hypocrisy...

You have to find a woman.. and go in a course...
but she mustn't lie to you... never
You will have to hold her hand... so she won't be lost
During your trip, with haze, nightmares, creatures and loss

If you don't find your body... then start digging your grave
it's not about being a gentleman, strong or brave
it's about finding harmony, peace and love
like you are numb... like you are poisoned you'll rove

that woman... she lied to you of course...
she wasn't poor, not simple... she knew how to write prose
now you will face me, the witch who transformed you...
into a monstrous human, made of tar, charcoal and ash
Fight with me, while breaking, fading... like furs
You, The Black Escort... that is your curse...
