Your precious little baby,
You swore you'd never part,
Where am I now? Do you know?
'Cause you're always in my heart.
I guess you don't,
Or you'd be here now, with me,
Or at least try to remember,
Try to recall the scene and be,
The Mommy and Daddy that I Remember
Who cares? I'm gone,
But do you remember where you left me?
Locked, behind the closet door,
Would you have ever let me free?
It doesn't matter.
You left me, now I've left you.
I guess fate has it that way,
Though if we'd tried, we could've made it through.
Because I remember you.
