Horror poem about a town beset by leviathan monsters.

In the awful night
Strange creatures lumber,
While inside their houses
Unwary victims slumber.

Nightmare fiends are living
In this town of ill repute,
Where wary people stay inside
But sad passers-by commute:

Travelling through this town
Where none but evil reigns,
Monsters straight from hell
Feast upon mortal remains.

Evil creatures bellowing
Like the very voice of death,

Searing souls locked inside
With blasts of fiery breath.

Terrified residents
Hiding up inside their loft,
Slowly burnt to ashes
As smoke and ashes waft:

Wafting from the nostrils
Of dinosaur-like creatures,
Visions straight from Dante's Hell
With vile misshapen features.

No more can people stay
In this town where death resides,
Monsters smashing straight through walls
To reach those cowering inside.

Through the awful night
Lost travellers doth pass,
Unaware this loathsome night
May very well be their last.

Leviathan creatures quake
The ground on which they walk,
Searching through this evil town
For human prey they stalk.
