The house on Clark Ave. had been on the market for over two years and the owners were ,at last, willing to accept best offer.

John Larson the realtor was ready to get rid of this dog. Now by that I do not mean the house itself was in any way an eyesore or too big or too small. In fact it fit in perfectly with a near perfect neighborhood. It was only that the owners insisted the contents go with the house.

This had been the problem. A real deal stopper. The furnishings and other things were just horrid. Of course the new owners could just dispose of what they didn't want but everyone it seemed could not see past the clutter to see the possibilities and opportunity to make it their home.

The first couple to show up were all smiles and seemed to love the house as well as it's contents. The husband politely asked if he and his wife could take a walk through on their own.

Great. Another chance at a sale gone.

" Be my guest and take your time. I have a feeling you'll fall in love with the place."

Yeah. Fall in love and run like hell. Fifteen minutes later the couple was back. Still all smiles. The wife whispered in the husbands ear.

" Sir", started the husband. " Are you aware these is a man hanging in the cellar? And that he is quite dead,"

The realtor knew the sale was lost and just nodded his head. " Yes I'm aware of the corpse and frankly..."

The wife cut the realtor off. " We'll take it."
