Many people feel nervous when they're speaking to a group. This is completely normal. After all, you may be saying something completely rediculous. You may be stuttering uncontrolably, or spraying spittle all over the first five rows. Who knows? If you're making a complete ass of yourself of course you'ld be nervous. However, it's possible to reduce your stress level with a series of simple visualizations. First of all, imagine everyone in the group is naked. Then, imagine you're making love to the sexy blond in the front row. When you're through, imagine that her boyfriend isn't growling at you like an enraged grizzley bear. Finally, imagine really really hard that his fist is a soft fluffy pillow. When that doesn't work, run.
