No one knew where Prodeep was but they knew that Prodeep was somewhere. But he cannot be seen except us because we know where Prodeep was but cannot be revealed until the time will come. After Oli and Ovi left the society, they were roaming around the Dhaka City. At night, they went to a small tea shop. The young man in the tea stall cried “Sir!” Oli looked at the young man and said “Oh! Prakash! How are you? My patient, my brother, I am very pleased that you have finally spoken and you look so happy that you weren’t before!” The young man offered “well, my Doctor, I am really happy to see you! Well, can you stay in my house?” Oli said “No, but thank you. I am okay, I will find my shelter”. The young man, Prakash said “Why sir?” Oli replied “I have some unfinished business, sorry Prakash”. Prakash said “Ok, sir, I have some work from my office”. After Prakash left, Ovi asked “are you a doctor?” Oli replied “not a doctor but a psychiatrist”. Ovi said “you haven’t told me that. It was my best buddy’s ambition. I have not seen him for a long time after the accident happened”. Oli said “sorry for your friend. May be he is back, I am confident”. Ovi suddenly exclaimed the word ‘Prodeep’, Oli heard this word and felt nostalgic about his past. Ovi consoled Oli. In the morning, I saw two wanted posters, hung in walls. It was none other than Oli and Ovi. I was walking towards the office and saw Oli and Ovi were sleeping beside the tea stall. “Hey!” I cried. They woke up. “What on earth are you doing?” I said. “Sir!” Oli said. The police interrupted and tried to arrest them but we ran away. We saw Tota Ali walking in the street. Then I took him and hid into the walls. I threw a ball at the dog. One of the police officers saw the dog came towards him with an angry bark. All the police officers ran away but the dog got the officer’s pants bitten and everyone ran away. “Oh Jarina, I love you!” cried the officer while he saw an old woman strangely. The old woman slapped him. Then the officer ran deliberately towards a tree and kissed it. The dog had bitten his hip so much that the officer started dancing like Michael Jackson. We laughed and ran away. Tota Ali asked “what’s going on? Why did you take me here Bhai?” I replied “the men whom you considered as murderers were not murderers”. Oli interrupted “Split Personality Disorder. One of our women in the society has because of a childhood trauma and a trauma that was caused seven years ago. She thinks she is happy but why? I will not tell you the name. It is also called ‘disociative identity disorder’.” Tota Ali said “How do you know? And who is that woman?” Oli said “I will tell you later but we have to run away before the police will catch us!” Then we ran away to a roadside restaurant where fewer customers visited. I became worried about Oli and Ovi; Tota Ali looked at Oli and found out that he looked like Prodeep. He also saw a black spot at the corner of his forehead which Prodeep had. During Oli’s sleep, Tota Ali sat in the bed and crying. “I wish that Prodeep will be here” said Tota. I saw him and crying. That reminds me of Tota’s care of Prodeep, 5 years ago. This had also reminded me of one of my famous columns. (Flashback next chapter).
