Boredom Is The Mother Of Creativity

All things vile and horrible,

all ceatures small and tall,

all nature's deadly demons,

the lord God made them all.

-

Each and every jellyfish,

each angry wasp that stings,

he filled them full of venom:

gave vampire bats their wings.

-

All things sick and cancerous -

all creatures which appal,

all things bad and gangrenous,

the lord God made the all.

-

Each little poison dart frog,

each wretched sewer rat,

he gave them nasty natures,

then smiled and said "that's that."

-

All things base and devilish,

all slippy, slimy slugs,

all creatures grim and hellish,

all smelly harmful bugs.

-

Each beastly little hornet,

each evil tsetse fly,

he gave them vicious stingers,

so everyone might die.

-

All the pests injurious,

all animals that crawl -

All things diabolical,

the lord God made them all.

-

But man made sprays to zap them,

and traps to catch them in,

so we could maim and kill them,

then throw them in the bin.

-

(Amen)
