the puppies make a barking sound
hyenas have their laugh
owls may hoot
but sadly mute
is the african giraffe
its said they once could vocalize
and really let it rip
perhaps their necks just grew too long
noise couldn't make the trip
they have two horns upon their heads but no toots fill the breeze
tongues are really long
but that is just for tops of trees
