Why Poems Shouldn't Mate
This is a haiku
About the art of limericks.
Japanese-Irish?
There once was a poem so simple
Students smiled from dimple to dimple.
Haiku was its name,
Candor was its game.
Silly writer, this is a limerick.

A/N: This was surprisingly difficult. Today is the last day to I can work on the poetry contest (Wednesday I have to write a paper, Thursdays and Friday I'm updating LaLaLand and Weighing Apples, Saturday is too late). I wanted to have some fun with genres I haven't tried yet, and this is what came of it. Not my best work… but it's my shortest!
