She treats me like I'm a dog running the yards
She plays me like I'm just a deck of cards
While she's staying high and dry,
she keeps me low and wet
No it's not what you think I'm saying,
she didn't want me in that net.
While she's inside with all her friends,
I'm outside all alone
When the middle finally meets the ends,
she just throws me a bone
Yeah, I may be inside the fence,
but I'm not the top dog in our home.
She's just a face book fanatic,
living in her virtual world
I must have had bats in my attic,
for getting chained to a face book girl.
Yeah, I do the cooking and the cleaning,
or else I wouldn't have a thing to eat
While she's in Cafe World I'm steaming,
while vacuuming the floor beneath her feet.
I thought that togetherness was teaming,
but this tired old dog is beat.
While she's inside with all her friends,
I'm outside all alone
When the middle finally meets the ends,
she just throws me a bone
Yeah, I may be inside the fence,
but I'm not the top dog in our home.
She's just a face book fanatic,
living in her virtual world
I must have had bats in my attic,
for getting chained to a face book girl.
